The media could not be loaded. Just recently trying it and it feels really good on the skin. It comes with a little “spoon” to grab the under eye patches which is helpful since there is a lot of product in the jar. I’ve seen other reviews state that the patches have a tendency to slide down the face, which I’ve experienced as well. I’ve found that laying down on my back once they’re on has helped with this.
