There's so much to love about the Femometer Ring. The ring itself is comfortable and lightweight, and easily syncs with the app each morning. The price point is affordable and the app is very user-friendly and provides tons of personalized information each day based on where you are in your cycle. The media could not be loaded. This little device is a huge convenience as well as a great value! There are just Bluetooth bbt thermometers that cost as much as this ring so you still have to wake up and set alarms- no thanks. I have a toddler and wish I would have found this sooner in my postpartum journey for nfp. It's a cute discreet device that does what it says. I've had it for a month now and have tried wearing it just at night and 24/7 (except for bathing and applying lotions or hand sanitizers as recommended by the user manual. It is safe for handwashing which I do not always take it off for and have not had any problems) I love that you have the option to wear it all the time or just overnight. I didn't notice a difference in battery life either way I get 5 days which I'm very happy with and is the advertised length. It charges quickly in around an hour so even if I forget to charge I can do that while cleaning up dinner and doing bedtime routine and it'll be ready to go when I get into bed. It was a little chunky at first but I have long slender fingers so a lot of rings look chunky on me, let alone one with technology packed inside. I really like the white almost quartz like finish. I often receive compliments on its appearance people are surprised to learn it's a smart ring of sorts. It's very comfortable to wear and the flat spot with sensors on the bottom provides a good base so it doesn't spin on your finger. I do recommend reading the sizing chart with the product as the sizing is slightly different than a typical ring. The app is easy to use the ring syncs quickly and out of the box it was ready to go after a full charge. It does also give you sleep insight which is a fun bonus and with the ring synced up I was upgraded to a lifetime prime membership which is their full access to all the features they have. ... show more

I used it for a few weeks, wore it at night only. I compared the temps to what my watch records, and noticed some inconsistencies with the ring (it recorded temps going way up or way down whereas my watch reflected a different pattern). I decided to return it because it wasn’t reliable. My return became late due to a family emergency so since I still had the ring, I tried it again. After only about a month of having it, it stopped connecting to the app entirely. The app says it’s at a 27% charge daily, even after it’s been fully charged, and it just won’t connect at all after numerous tries. ... show more

Pros: Really like how easy it was to pair with the already existing Femometer App and the account that we have been using for a number of years now. It allows you to have multiple of their hardware products linked to the app so that you can utilize them all if you want to. Have been using it for little over a week and a half now and is a GAME CHANGER if you are the type of person who prefers to not have to remember to take your temperature every single morning when you first wake up. Very neat how it works and tracks all the data right in the app and even shows graphs of trends. Cons/Improvements: 1. Wife says it is a little bulky feeling to wear. 2. Also, keep in mind "finger swelling" between night and next morning when considering ring size. 3. Can't seem to find a way to do a "manual" temperature reading and instead just have to wear it all night and let it do its thing. 4. Doesn't have an option to sync with Google Fit, Samsung Health, etc. (this would be a huge value add for cycle and sleep tracking if they could get that to connect). Thank you Femometer for creating a comfortable ring that I can wear to track my period (and sleep) and not requiring (yet another) subscription to use it!! I loved the idea of Oura Ring and Natural Cycles but I couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money AND have to pay a subscription on top of that. I was thrilled when I found Femometer and saw that the purchase of the ring included a lifetime prime membership for their app. The app is well designed, syncs fast, and has tons of information (and charts for the visual people, like myself). The ring fit is lightweight and comfortable so I've been wearing mine 24/7 (minus shower time, even though it is waterproof). Overall great value for my money!! ... show more

It was awesome for the first 28 days and really interesting to see the app’s insights and tracking. However, on day 29 it suddenly wouldn’t connect. I thought it was a one off and put it on the charger and tried again the next night and it still won’t connect. I’ve emailed customer support but haven’t received a response yet. To be fair it’s only been about 8 hours since I sent the email. I’ll update if a resolution is reached or the ring begins to work again.
