Light and puts together easily. Nothing solidly locks in place, so I wouldn't put it in a high traffic area. Face was also a little smashed. I plan on using it to display a cosplay as I build it, so it does what I need.

I wanted a temporary cheap mannequin for my home to use while I'm remodeling my studio/store. She turned out better than expected. Everyone who has been in my house that saw her said they were suprised by the price. She has a realistic face and her head moves. Her body size is the same as the more expensive manniquins I own. You do have to take her arms off to change tops, unlike my other manniquins you can lift the arms up and slide the tops on and off. If you try that with this one the arms will just fall off. It doesn't bother me though. The one thing that is a pain is putting pants or shorts on her. It gets a bit annoying having to unscrew the support from the legs. If you are going to be changing bottoms on the manniquins frequently for an online store I would suggest something different to save your own sanity because it's time consuming. I bought a half body. You can use a half body or a leg form. Unless I'm photographing a dress I keep her in the same pair of jeans. You have to make sure she's on the support just right or else she leans forward. Those are my only hangups about this. And again for the price, I really can't complain much. It's suprisingly sturdy. I've dropped her down my stairs twice. Her torso, arms, and head all fell off but nothing broke and there were no dents or marks anywhere. Which is pretty good considering it's hardwood floor and I've sprained my own ankle on them. HA! Just so everyone knows, there is no wig included. I bought mine at an estate sale. In conclusion it's not perfect, but it is excellent for the price. I didn't think it would last but it is and she will be on display in my shop. Anyway I wanted to do a detailed review on this so I hope it helped. ... show more

For Christmas my 10 year old daughter wanted one major gift, a full -size mannequin! I tried to talk her into a child- sized mannequin. Which would probably have been much creepier, but she held firm to wanting the adult mannequin as a model for the clothes that she wanted to make. Well, I found this mannequin for a great price, and she has been awesome. I also ordered a curly wig for her. My daughter named her Sam, short for Samantha. I will say that for the first week or so, Sam gave me a heart attack about 3 times a day. Early in the morning, I would enter the kitchen and there was a 6' person standing near the pantry. Coming in from the garage in the afternoon, I almost run into a 6' woman in my kitchen. Late at night, grabbing a glass of water, I see a shadowy figure standing in the dark kitchen... you get where I am going with this. Sam was scary. But, as things would have it, she is now a part of the family and I can't remember what life was before we had her. ... show more

Lola arrived earlier than expected but I have no complaints. I'm using her as my model while I improve my portrait photography. Very easy to assemble and disassemble when you need to change outfits. Do be careful about shoes you pick out as she has a particular arch in her foot. I dressed her in my white shirt until I could make a visit to my local thrift store and luckily only need to return one item for improper fit. The best feature she has though are her eyes! They don't have a painted reflection which is perfect for photographers! This way her eyes will show true catch lights when in the photostudio. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is a lack of interchangeable arms to break away from the straightness of her pose. Otherwise, she's wonderful! ... show more

She's very tall, her hands are the size of mine, and has a very pretty face. The arms move up and down, it does not bend at the elbow. I've used several different wigs on her, she wears all of them well. The head easily pops off, the waist spins, the legs do not bend. It comes with a metal base (mine is starting to tarnish and rust) and a leg bracket to attach her to the base. I use her indoors only, to display clothing and jewelry that I'm selling. So I don't know why the base is rusting, it hasn't been exposed to any moisture. Her head/face are a shade or two darker than her body. On the plus side: The product arrived undamaged with no broken or defective parts. It was fairly easy to assemble, easier than some competing models -- the step-by-step photos on the supplied instruction sheet helped. Though this is obviously an inexpensive product, it feels reasonably solid and the overall quality is perhaps a bit better than other mannequins in this price range. There are others with slightly more realistic facial features, and to me this mannequin looks like he’s almost frowning or at least not having a good time. But I knew that going in. The negatives: The claimed height is 72.8 inches. I measured the height at just slightly over 74 inches from the bottom of the foot to the top of the head. That made it unsuitable for my purposes. Other reviewers have noted that this is a tall mannequin. The metal base might be preferable to the glass bases supplied with other mannequins, but it had at least one rather sharp edge. I suspect you could cut yourself during assembly if you aren’t careful. It was difficult to tell the exact skin color from the picture on Amazon, but I was assuming I was getting a mannequin with an average Caucasian skin tone. This mannequin is darker than I expected and quite a bit darker than other male and female mannequins on Amazon. I was planning to use this in my photography studio, and skin tone matters to my light meter. In sum: It’s well-priced for what it is. I could recommend this if the height and skin tone aren’t negatives for you. ... show more
