It is a comfortable fit, well-made, great reflective material, but definitely runs small. My 8 pound pup is usually an x-small in collar and small in harness, but a medium was the best fit. I ordered this measuring the size to my dog and it ended up being a little bit small. I did keep it because it has a buckle as well which I ended up getting able to fit. I think sizing up on this would be your best choice.
