Sturdy Double wheeled roller . I tried in on the carpet, yoga mat and grass . Nonslip and comfortable to use . It was really difficult inserting the padded handles into the stainless steel tube .

This ab roller is awesome. I like how wide the wheels are - it keeps it sturdy and allows you to use it even if you're a beginner. I like how it comes with the knee mat - that is a necessity that I don't think most people think about when they are purchasing something like this. Pros that you can use it at any level due to how sturdy the wider wheels are. The only con I can think of is if you're in really great shape and want to be able to veer off to work your obliques more, it's harder to do that with this one with the wider wheel base. ... show more

The ease of use is attributed to the assisted reverse rotation of the wheel and the two wide wheels it rolls on, I have one of these that was built in the 70's and this thing blows that one out of the water.
