100% copper. Not as thick stiff as some heavy duty CAT6. Nice thick plastic seperator. Easy to work with just like interior rated cable. No gel in this cable. ITBEEBE CONNECTORS ARE NOT RELIABLE WITH THIS CABLE and will cause maximum frustration. GET THE more exoensive PLATINUM TOOLS CONNECTORS 50/50 AND THE PASS THRU cable KLEIN TOOL. This will guarantee success every connection. FOR REOLINK 4 K CAMERAS ONLY USE THE B CINNECTION CONFIG THAT IS PRINTED ON THE KLEIN TOOL. THE "A" config will not work!!! I pulled this cable through a pvc conduit underground. I looped it 4 times around my hands and pulling it like a rope. Was wiring it to go through my storage shed but I miss calculated the size of the PVC size which is 1/2in with a few 90-deg. bend. It made pulling 140ft of 3 lines harder to feed through. Pulled and pulled like a mad man, but after pulling it with some help. and did all my connection and test it, it came out good and no breaks. I thought I must have broken the cable.
