I’m quite picky about my makeup and skincare products. This stuff makes your lips incredibly soft and does everything it says it will do. Give it a few days to do its work with a few applications each day before you make up your mind. That’s my recommendation. Two things about this besides the softness really make it worth it for me. For one, the ingredients really, truly are clean. Lots of companies say they are, but if you actually look up the ingredients, they’re just greenwashing. This product truly is clean, so I feel comfortable always having it on my lips each day. Secondly, yes it actually does make your lips a bit fuller. I mean it’s not gunna do anything crazy like make you look like you got a bunch of filler, but there is a definite, noticeable fullness after you let it do its work. It smoothes the lines and makes the lips slightly fuller. My favorite part is I can apply it to the skin just slightly around my lips (you know the part that’s slightly lip-colored but not quite and flatter than the lips? Not sure how to explain that haha) and then that will make my lips look quite full and I can slightly overline when I put on lipstick and it won’t look unnatural. Smells so delicious, but I’m not a fan of the texture. It’s like a slippery, watery balm - less thick than Laneige for sure. I don’t feel it’s particularly hydrating and it dries fast. The best thing about it is the smell- it’s very true honey vanilla.
