So far so good! I've been using it for about two weeks now, every day and love that I can sauna when ever I choose, it's convenient and I believe well priced for what you get. I bought the smallest one as I don't have any extra room in my apartment. I'm about 5'11" and 170 LBS, and it's just about right for me. It came in two boxes, the first one I could lift and handle by myself. The second one I needed help taking it upstairs to my apartment but after that I was able to put it together by myself. The panel with the glass door, you will want to handle with care when taking out of the box. All and all, for me it works good. It's not anything real fancy but it does the job and pretty easy to set up and get it in operation. Saunas are supposed to be very healthy and I feel very good after taking one and detoxing the body. Product won't turn on. They won't return or send a box for a refund. They have stopped responding to me. Do not purchase you will regret it. I've lost 1,240 dollars on this product.

At the end of last month we received our 1 person infrared sauna. It has been wonderful. The ease of install is phenomenal. My husband was able to set it up completely by himself without asking for help, even though I was willing to. It too under 1 hour to set up and get it going. It is compact and fits perfectly in our unfinished basement. It is also very ascetically pleasing and beautiful to look at. The amount of heat that it produces is fantastic. It makes you sweat very quickly. The speaker for the Bluetooth and radio function is fantastic. It works very well and produces great sound quality. We are very much enjoying this product and it will make our long Minnesota winters much more enjoyable. ... show more

This infrared sauna is compact and does everything it stated it was going to do. It heats up quickly and maintains it's heat very well. I love the built in speaker and the blue tooth works amazingly. It took me maybe 30 minutes to put it together and was so simple to set up.

We had a few hiccups getting this together. It was delivered with a broken glass door, which was replaced within a few days after a very positive interaction. Then our box with the electronics got rained on. Even though it was our fault, they promised they would replace it for free if it didn't work when dried out. But it did! It works perfectly!
