when i ordered this i honestly took a gamble. this item had little to no reviews and to top it off it’s like almost 100 dollars cheaper then what other brands are offering for the same couch! so when i seen the price i couldn’t help but make the gamble and it was worth it. the couch came in a day early was extremely easy to put together and for what i paid for its not bad comfort wise. the pillow cushions on the armrests are pretty comfy but the actual seats themselves are a lil on the firm side which i don’t mind it’s not as bad as a cheap futon from walmart lol i def would recommend for anyone who’s skeptical but wants a decent looking futon for cheap ... show more

The couch comes in four packages, none of which are super heavy which is nice if you have to get it up stairs like us. Putting it together is pretty easy and straight forward, definitely easier with three people. The instructions are all pictures but do the job. The pull out (.when close up,} the bottom of the of the cusion and the top of pull does fit together approximately One inch gap doesn’t make a perfect couch. Return is not possible. No way to return it. My handy man thinks he can repair it. I am requesting a rebate on this couch of $200. Thank You
