Let's start with, I do love the sofa it's very comfortable. With that being said, after it arrived, I unboxed the whole thing (two extremely large boxes and one for the ottoman) only to realize it came with absolutely no hardware to put it together. I was not happy to say the least. I got ahold of Amazon and was told I can either return the couch or receive a discount. I didn't want to return the couch because I searched for it for weeks. It matches my chaise lounge perfectly. So I opted for the discount. Off to the hardware store to purchase everything I needed to get the couch together. Not having the hardware that came with said sofa made it a little more difficult to put together. Almost get the whole thing together and I realize that they sent the wrong arm. 😡 I ended up having to drill new holes to try and make this arm fit. Because the one they sent was way too small. The back cushions hide the fact that I had to Cobb the arm part. But again, I'm not happy. I didn't bother to get ahold of Amazon again because I was already told this couch was discontinued. So now I'm stuck with a cobbed couch. 🤬 I did upload a picture of how I had to attach the side arm and a picture of what it looks like with the cushion on it for reference. ... show more
