This sticker guide is fantastic. We installed this for our little violinist and having this guide has helped her find her notes much faster and has helped build her confidence while playing. It’s been two months since she’s had it and has now progressed past most of her class and is freely reading music and applying that to her playing. Her speed has built up too and she’s much better with her finger placement in just such a short time and likes how easy this sticker is to read from her playing angle. Fantastic Finger Guide for Violin is exactly what I needed! It makes learning notes on the fingerboard a very easy task and avoids all the frustration of finding the appropriate notes. Being a beginner violin player I am already seeing improvement.

I tried to learn violin once before, and between not having frets and a horribly cheap violin, it didn't go well. This time around, I bought a decent violin and this sticker. It has made learning much easier than the last time, and is definitely priced fair for how much it helps. Pros- pretty easy to install, seems like it's at least accurate enough to give you an idea of finger placement. It's not obnoxiously colored like some others, so it doesn't look terrible on the violin. Cons- my violin came with finger inlays in the neck, and they don't match up perfectly...there is about a 1/16th inch difference between the inlays and where the stickers say my fingers should go, but not the end of the world. There are a few bubbles under the sticker, but that could have been my fault. Overall, I would reccomend. ... show more

I purchased this to help me learn violin. The notes and spacing are all accurate. It works as expected. I personally found the notes a bit busy, so I switched to 1/8" tape. If you are coming from a different instrument to the violin; definitely worth. You will likely outgrow it quickly, but that's the point of a learning tool. ... show more

I had no problem at all applying the sticker under the strings.. no bubbles underneath. Took less than a minute to get it straight and stick it down. And now I know exactly where to put my fingers. Super helpful for a beginner! Definitely recommend

It’s better to plce tapes in the correct pitch spot using a tuner. I am an expert nothing; but I enjoy acting as one.)This item was easy to remove. It is hard to see when in use.
