Let me start off and say I am a Industrial Technician. I do electrical and mechanical work and fabricating. So I have installed plenty of light fixtures from 480 Volts to 120/277. The product was packaged well. But once i opened it the transformer was not in the plastic housing in the base it seems the cover fell off and it was just banging around inside. I went and placed it back inside hoping nothing was damaged in the unit. The main bracket does not have anything to fix to in the electrical box in the ceiling. I took the time and fabricated a bracket to attach to the one they sent. If not your drilling 4 holes in your ceiling to anchor this up. ( anchors included but cheap). After everything was installed i turned the power on and nothing!! There is power running in the wires I tested that. SO i am sending this back for a refund. It was a gamble to buy a light fixture from Amazon but hey shame on me. To sum it up...... 1) HORRIBLE installation instructions Ikea does a better job 2) Not a DIYer type of job so be careful if your doing it yourself 3) Looks Nice wish it worked 4) Horrible bracket 5) When it comes right down to it quality is NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 6) Cheap plastic remote ... show more

I love it!! Edgy, glam and modern. You're a few notes 1. It will take two people to hang because there's no cord for it to hold up while you connect the wires. Hang it first and then you can adjust the length and shape of each strand of lights 2. I had a dimmer on the wall and it does not work with this light. You must use the remote. 3.
