I have the 4-pack monthly subscription. It's the perfect amount for me. I look forward to it arriving in the mail every month in its cute envelope. There's always something interesting and different to discover. My skin has never looked better! They include a card in each pack that explains what each mask does, along with some tips. This is very helpful because sometimes the mask packaging is not in English. I usually get a couple of extra uses out of the leftover mask goo...err...serum. It doesn't arrive in a box. It arrives in a cute printed plastic envelop and is delivered with your regular mail. I think you have to subscribe to one of the higher levels to get the box. I don't mind the delivery method and none of my masks have arrived damaged. At $8.90, it comes out to around $2.22 per mask. Masks in my local area are typically around $2.50 and they can be up to $5 per mask depending on the brand and the store. These are equal in quality and sometimes better than what I can find. So this is a very good value for me. But the real savings comes from the way it stops me from buying random (sometimes expensive!) masks from whatever store I happen to be in. This is much easier on my budget and I love looking forward to each month's mask surprises. I've had this subscription for about 6 months and I'm very happy so far. I expect to remain subscribed for a while. Photos: This is just what I have leftover lying around. Each delivery comes with 4 masks. I'm saving the gold one for something special. You can see the Tea Tree one is the FaceStory brand. It's a 2 step mask with an extra serum packet at the top. I've included some photos of the bag. It's some kind of foil-lined plastic. Guys. I have awful sensitive acne-prone skin, with dry and oily patches. I am usually finicky with what products I use on this face of mine, but I was impulsive and subscribed to this in May. Now, I have favorite serums and acids, but those usually just struggle to keep my skin where it is (which is okay because it's been worse before accutane and acid treatments). 5 months later I am in love and so is my skin. I would like to note that I give away any citrus-based masks to my roommate as I found that is one thing I can't deal with i the slightest. My skin is calm and clean most of the time. I learned to separate the masks into 2 piles: cleansing and calming because my skin is horrible during periods and the calming masks help a lot. The cleaning ones do great throughout the month. Also, no maskne anymore . Just saying. Besides that, I love knowing there is a mask waiting for me in a drawer after I had a hard day at work, I do them every couple of days and it lasts me for the month. I recommend it, my skincare routine is now this box, and favorite cleanser and moisturizer. And it looks so much better overall! ... show more

Enjoy this subscription! Working this into my beauty routine has been helpful to my skin and fun. Love the diversity of the masks. The included description card is very helpful. Have only had one incidence of a mask coming to me having leaked out of receiving , so far, 3 orders.     • Good value for the $10 into offer but $20 for these masks seems overpriced

These masks were shipped VERY quickly which I appreciated and the mask themselves were nice (I ordered the 7 lux) but I got the impression they weren't much different than the ones I can buy at Target or CVS as far as active ingredients etc. Melon extract is still just melon extract even if you put it in cute Korean packaging. For the price of $20 a month for 7 masks they would need to up the quality of their masks to masks that can be purchased for a total of $40-50 if I were to pick them out and buy individually. I feel that losing the ability to pick the masks myself and the fact that it's a subscription service so they can count on an income stream should offer a better value than what has been presented thus far in the masks. As far as how the company is run otherwise, it seems like a good place with solid ethics that just needs to reexamine their profit margins on these masks to make subscribing to them carry more value for the buyer/subscriber. ... show more

I became a big fan of sheet masks while living in Japan. I usually bought cheap ones, though, and they weren't much more effective than just moisturizer. I also have very sensitive skin and sometimes I'd get a few zits after certain ones. I have been busy and stressed lately, so I decided to treat myself to something small. I tried FaceTory. I have now used 8 masks and I have loved them all. None have irritated my skin, though a few did start to tingle. There are at least 2 that I felt made such a difference I would buy them again separately. I also like that there is a little explanation of what each one is supposed to do. It's fun to try different masks instead of being locked into basically different scents of the same mask, which is how I feel about sets I've bought on Amazon. It does come in an envelope, not a box, but I don't see that as an issue. I also haven't had any problem with the size of the masks as some reviews mention. I have a wide, Mexican face and I'm fine with them. Like most sheet masks, I do sometimes cut extra slits around the eye holes so they lay flatter against my face instead of being stretched across. My 3rd envelop should be arriving soon and I don't see myself unsubscribing any time soon. I have been using these masks once a week. Combined with the rest of my skincare, my skin has never been better and I haven't felt dry at all this winter. ... show more
