The reviews seemed 50/50 on this needing some rigging in case a part was bad, so I wasn't necessarily surprised when one of the corner bolts was stripped. My husband used a tension strap and we were good to go. He did 98% alone, he just needed help when it came time to the bottom half of the legs. For the price of $215, I am pleasantly surprised. The top fabric is a nice tight fit, and the mesh material is a LOT sturdier than I was expecting. I did buy curtain panels separately, I will update when we get those added. I bought the arched legs, and it gives just enough extra space to make the 10×10 feel pretty roomy. If you are like me and have spent hours looking and reading reviews, get this one. I live in Metro Atlanta, and the humidity in the summer is soul crushing. If that wasn't enough, throw in a few billion mosquitoes, and other microscopic flying demons that tag team with the mosquitoes to drain the very essence of your being. Welcome to Atlanta y'all! We've become weary of staying barricaded in our home. The Constant peaking through the curtains praying that you aren't spotted trying to take the garbage out. Trying to check the mailbox is similar to the epic journey that Frodo Baggins endured trying to return the ring of power to Mount Doom in Mordor. I dreamt of one day carving out a meager 10'x10' amount of space where I too could enjoy the outdoor (literal) steam bath, relatively unscathed. The gazebo was easily assembled as long as you pay attention to the instructions. I was able to put together in about 3 hours by myself. I would recommend assembling in an area where you have plenty of space to build the frame and then move into position with some help!

    • Easy setup with no tools required
Only tool required was something to cut open the box. Assembly was quick, easy and achieved by thumb screws. Framing seams sturdy and well made, I believe this one will last quite awhile.

My husband and I are older & not very fit, but we got this up in about an hour without any tools or even a ladder. The video was very helpful to watch before we got started. After I put it up I realized that I should have tucked the mosquito net inside and tucked it under the poles. I wish I would have done that sooner, however tucking it in doesn't really hold it completely in place. I wish there was something that held the mosquito net to the top securely. We were preparing to mount the legs to a footing, but the sandbags and anchors have held it during some huge gusts so far so we are going to pass on mounting it until we get our deck built. It went up so easily, that we are probably going to take it completely down at the end of each season since we live where we get a lot of snow. However, my neighbor bought this same gazebo last year and he only took down the tent & net & left the frame up since he mounted his frame. It made it through last winter without any issues. Amazon does sell curtain magnetic weights, which I plan to buy because the net blows a lot on windy days. There is not a pocket at the bottom of the net, so the weights are the only way I could think of holding it down so it isn't blowing onto the tables where the candles are ... show more

** Update ** The customer service team reached out to me about my experience and immediately made it right. Based on the that I raised my rating and think this product is worth taking a chance. They were wonderful. *** I wish I could have loved this product, but unfortunately I can't. First order arrived damaged and because of this we couldn't install. We understood this was not the sellers fault, but it was still disappointing. We ordered a replacement and it arrived without any issues. Finally get the gazebo assembled only for it to fall over in the middle of the night, snapping two of the legs! We used the provided sand bags and it wasn't extremely windy, very gentle breeze that evening. Honestly the legs bent super easy when we were breaking it down so I'm not really surprised that it fell. I personally would buy something sturdier because this one is not going to last. ... show more
