I am impressed by the quality and sturdiness of this gazebo. Everything fit together pretty easily, and it only took about an hour and a half for my friend and I to put it together. The instructions are good enough, but they could be better. Other reviews are correct about getting the canvas on-it was easy until the last 2 sections. To me, that is to be expected when you want it to look nice and tight. I love the mosquito netting, and it seems to work pretty good. I have noticed a few mosquitos inside when I have everything zipped up, but they are called pests for a reason. Everything works like it should... The zippers on the netting are smooth, the shower curtain style system works well, the elastic pole straps on the netting are quality, and, my favorite feature, the sand bags give me a sense of safety that this won't go flying around my back yard. I bought 2 bags of sand from the home improvement store and they filled the 4 sand bags perfectly. I will have to update this review after the hot and humid summer, but for now I am enjoying the cool shade and I'm looking forward to spending more time in my back yard. ... show more

**seller reached out and sent the sandbags out the very next day. Great customer service!!** Sandbags are not included. Very easy instructions to follow and over all pleased. Wish the Sandbags were included like it said though.

I was initially pleased by the gazebo so much so that I ordered a 2nd one. It was easy to assemble and seemed heavy and sturdy. I also ordered sandbags but didn’t get a chance to attach them yet when the first rainy, windy day came in TX. Nothing crazy but it was definitely windy. Unfortunately the gazebo tumbled, took off and landed in the neighborhood and broke beyond repair. Because the 2nd gazebo I ordered wasn’t even unpacked yet, I returned it. I don’t blame the manufacturer. I guess these gazebos need to be secured well otherwise they can take off like a kite. They’re not easy to disassemble with each storm. I was hoping that this one may be something of an “in between”, between the heavy duty hardtop metal gazebos and the more portable ones. Lesson learned, I understand now that I need to shop for the heavy duty ones that attach to the ground and that there’s no real in between if I don’t want to worry each time the wind blows. Update: I will say that after my review they offered me a refund for the broken gazebo if I ship it back or just a free replacement. However, I threw away the broken one already and have nothing to return and I just don’t need a free replacement. So their customer service is good even though neither option worked for me. ... show more

    • The perfect gazebo for my deck!

Awesome! Fits my 10’x11’ deck perfectly. It almost feels custom made because it fits so well. It’s super sturdy and it’s been through some crazy winds and thunderstorms and didn’t budge. I haven’t secured it to the deck floor yet but I will if I see any movement. It’s large with a tall ceiling that has a hook to hang a light, fan, or a plant or whatever. It is vented at the top but has netting that does a good job keeping the bugs out and most rain. It is not waterproof but we can sit under it in the rain as long as the winds aren’t blowing the rain into the sides. The mosquito netting covers all four sides and each side has a zipper inside and out. It’s very expensive looking and is made from quality material. The metal poles are thick and the canopy is durable. It took about two hours to put together with a second person needed to help hold things. Great buy! UPDATE: I’ve had this gazebo for six months and it has made it through some really tough storms and high winds until a couple of weeks ago when a storm shredded half the gazebo top. But the frame itself has remained strong and sturdy. Perhaps the blazing summer sun weakened the fabric allowing this last wind storm to rip it up. Unfortunately I’m thinking, replacing the top may become a thing… ... show more

Let me start by saying that I do not do reviews often. But this item needs to be reviewed. I received the gazebo as promised and on time. It was packaged just well enough, as no parts were damaged or missing. I think a stronger cardboard box is needed, if you want to disassemble and store when not in use. Having had other gazebos, made in China, the assembly is usually the worst part. The assembly was as clear as the Chinese usually can provide and the item was assembled, but not without issues. As expected, the quality of the welds on the nuts are sub par. One nut pulled though, and I had to get a bolt, washers and nut to fix the issue.The next issue was that one weld nut, inside the leg broke and is spinning inside the leg with the bolt halfway in. I do not know how I will ever get the leg apart. Another issue is that the screen rail assembly. The instructions show what the assembly should look like, but the parts provided are not made in sets with left and right ends, causing some fustration and confusion, as I was looking for parts that did not exist. So I assembled the parts provided and they seem to work. Time will tell. I put the gazebo on my 12x12 deck and it was a tight fit because of the railing. The curved legs seem to add to the outside dimentions but they are nice, as they make the gazebo feel larger. The real dimentions of outer base of the legs is about 10'x11' 6", which is close to as advertised. The only other issue is that the gazebo is shorter than others that I have owned. It is advertised as about 6 feet,at the openings, and it is. I am 6' 3" and I have to remember this every time I use it. I have not had any strong winds or storms as of yet, but I always roll up and velcro the main top in these conditions. I will update if I have any wind /storm issues. Overall, the gazebo color matched our house color and is beautiful, spacious and it will be well used for as long as it lasts. But remember "it is what it is" and be ready for unforseen issues. ... show more
