Looks great after install. Toyota would not install it so I has to do it myself. Used lock tight on the original bolts. The dang Thang leaks. Had to rig it with gorilla silicon, hopefully it doesn't leak anymore. Not happy but it does look good. No instructions or bolt caps, had to watch YouTube to figure it all out ... show more

    • Great Rack, but............
This roof rack is well-designed, and sturdy, and is the perfect upgrade for my Toyota 4Runner. It was received in good condition, but it wasn't until it was fully installed that it became apparent that one of the feet was out of alignment. This distortion is likely a manufacturing defect (not damaged in shipping). This results in a small gap at the space between the rack and roof, which cannot be adjusted to fit, and could allow water to get beneath the foot and possibly leak into the vehicle through the roof attachment. I don't want to uninstall and return the entire rack just yet, so I unsuccessfully tried to contact the Chinese seller to ask for advice or a replacement foot. Beware that while this is a good rack, it may lack the desired manufacturing quality controls, and the customer service to remedy any problems. ... show more

Took forever to get the rack. A refund was issued because it was so late, a month. Waiting for them to charge me again. Easy install, took 1 hour tops. No instructions so it took longer than it probably should. Not hard to figure out.
