Having a sauna at home is no more a dream with this X-Vcak Sauna Blanket Sheeting. It is about 6 feet which is long enough to fit in most people. The material is very thick and is waterproof. The temperature can be adjusted by the remote control and overheat protectiom function will cutoff the power automatically when the temperature is too high. It is very safe to use and I don't need to worry about that my skin will be burnt. I really enjoy having a sauna after work. Only need half hour, the whole body feels so relax. This blanket is heated very quickly and evenly. There are two holes on the top and I can leave my hands outside the blanket and playing my phones while having sauna. So happy with this sauna blanket.
