Just got this extra-large towel set, and I’m really happy with it! The packaging was great, it came in a box, and vacuum-sealed, so the towels arrived in perfect shape.     • The dye takes forever to stop running and too big for us

The 1st round didn't work out, but the 2nd order was good. We've been using and have washed them a few times and dye is still running off them in the shower. We are probably on the 4th laundry cycle and still don't feel comfortable putting them in with anything other than other solid navy or black towels/sheets. I hope the next wash will be that last time we have to be extra careful. Additionally, I think it's just TOO BIG for our daily use. My husband normally likes a larger towel (bath sheet from IKEA), but he thinks these are bigger and isn't taking to them. Now I'm stuck using them mostly and they are huge for me. They often end up dragging into a pool of water in the shower when exiting and it's not fun when you're drying off to suddenly have a soaking wet cold fabric hit your skin after a shower. It's too big for a 5'2" medium size frame. We wouldn't purchase these again. ... show more

I have the opportunity to test and review the NALIVO Extra Large Bath Towel Set for my unbiased review. First off, these towels are BIG! I recently added a new bath towel rack to my bathroom (of very limited space), and was looking for a few nice large bath towels to display; these worked out perfectly! The towels arrived vacuum packaged. Once opened, and washed, they fluffed up nicely... The one big selling point of these towels is their size... and while they're nice and super soft and absorbrant, they're not the thickest towels on the market. I would grade these somewhere in the middle when it comes to thickness... In one of the photos I provided, I held the freshly washed towel over my head (and camera), looking towards a ceiling light, and you can easily see the "stripping" between the thicker bands of towel material against the alternate bands, which are much thinner and allowed more light to pass through... Don't get me wrong, these are nice and lush bath towels of a moderate thickness… (and massive), as well as being well-made... But they're not the thickest bath towel I've owned. They are PERFECT for a towel rack or some other type of decorative display in the bathroom. The ribbed appearance really adds a nice texture to the towels (and room in general.) They also have a nice "hook" for easy hanging. These are nice quality towels and I would recommend them to family and friends. ... show more

The 40x80 oversized bath sheet is the perfect size/coverage for an oversized recliner chair. The face towels/hand towels are perfect for covering the arms of the chair. These towels are very soft and very large. Trouble is they're really too big, like a blanket, and feel more like a microfiber blanket than a towel. Feels strange to dry off with.
