I put two of these on my warrior poet society belt, and I love them. The walls of these pouches are rigid, so it makes re-indexing mags back in a dream and so satisfying! Retention is good, and the bungies on a great bonus if you are trying to really lock it down. Stitching is great, and materials are super tough. I thought I was going to tear it trying to work the molle webbing through the SUPER stiff webbing on my belt, but it held up without an issue. Great product!     • It's hard to find good gear at a good price

Let's face it, gearing up can get expensive. It's hard to find good gear at a good price. Good kangaroo style mag pouch for the price. Retention bungee is tight, but there is some wiggle room to adjust it. It'll also break in once you stretch it by putting mags in. The reason I gave it a 4 was because the bungee is threaded through the back side making it a tight fit when threading the MOLLE into your carrier... And that's really just a minor flaw. I've never used the Elite Spanker brand before, but I'll definitely keep them in mind for other gear. Overall, I'd recommend this product to those looking for gear in this price range. ... show more

I chose this mag pouch to go on my plate carrier. It does a good job for what it's intended to do. The rifle mag pouch holds a single mil spec 30 round mag. The bungee isn't long enough for larger mags. The pistol mag pouch holds FNX 45 mags so it's not super tight on my p99 9mm or 226 40 mags. But it does retain them just fine. The molle is really tight and stays in place. The stitching is well done and looks like it's going to last. For the money I am satisfied. ... show more

The product seems well made, overall. No doubt it would hold up well over time, even with hard use. The elastic around everything made it feel a little cluttered and busy upon first inspection, but it's not too noticeable when mounted. My main issue with them is that the pistol mag is annoyingly floppy if you remove the rifle mag. It made shooting and moving a nuisance, also makes drawing the pistol mag a little slower since it's liable to move around on you as you try to pull the elastic to the side. I found that the floppiness made them unusable and an entirely inferior option to dedicated pistol mag pouches. ... show more
