I was looking for a standing desk and needed to stay under $500. I think the quality is good for this price point. The wood surface feels nice and sturdy. The built in monitor raiser and storage is what attracted me to this product, and it's helped with keeping my workspace organized. This comes with fabric insert drawers, which I didn't expect to like as much as I do - they are sturdier than you would think and because the cubbies are deep they do store a lot. There's a hole in the back that you can feed your cables through, as well as metal hooks and a shelf for some simple cable management. It comes with wheels you can put on the desk instead of the regular feet which I don't have a use for but is nice to be included. I like that you can program different height presets too. Cons: - this was time consuming to put together, and some of the instructions were confusing, but it wasn't bad enough to where I would remove a star. Just expect to spend a couple hours at least putting this together and make sure to pay attention to the diagrams in the instruction booklet. - It seems a bit slow while it's raising / lowering compared to other standing desks I've tried. This doesn't bother me personally, but for some that might be annoying. Overall I think if you are looking for a standing desk that doesn't have the sterile office look like most do, but is at an affordable price, I would recommend this. ... show more

This is a very nice desk. It has enough room for three monitors on the shelf, although I only have two. It has two under-shelf and two under-desk drawers. The most important feature is of course its ability to adjust the height of the desk. This works very well and has three programmable settings plus manual up and down buttons. Although I have never purchased an extended warranty before, I did buy the three-year warranty for this desk. The motor is my only concern. It is very stable in any position. The assembly was good, although I wish they would have provided names for some or all of the parts. In particular there is one metal part that is used to hold the power converter in place. It took me a while to figure out what it was for. Pictures alone work, but a few words would have been helpful. Overall I have nothing bad to say. It is a very good product and being able to stand for a while is a huge plus. One suggestion, and this would apply to any adjustable desk, you will want to put a piece of tile, or flat wood, plastic or whatever on the floor between the bottom of the back foot and your wall. This ensures that if you move the desk by pushing off you don't move it closer to the wall. This is particularly important if the desk is set right in front of a window sill. This desk is great and super useful for storage and space. I wish it had wireless charging, which some desks do offer, but otherwise, it's great. It's a little annoying how high the monitors are relative to the desk height, so you may have issues if you don't want to "look up" so much at your monitors because you might crush your thighs sitting perfectly under the desk. I eased this somewhat by placing a small box under my feet at the desk. It's very easy to use with the controls and pretty stable. It is however quite difficult to construct, and if you have mobility issues or you lack the time and handiness, this may not be the best desk for you! ... show more

My husband and I absolutely love this desk. We work from home alternate days of the week so we use it nearly every day. It is very sturdy, smooth top, plenty of drawer and surface space. The desk raises and lowers so it is comfortable for both of us. My only complaint, and it’s minor, are the cloth drawers. Those are not the best, but it is far from being a deal breaker.
