I have always used Honest products with my kids. They are so expensive though! I started looking for other options and found this. The ingredients are clean which I love. The smell is really nice and like a natural lavender scent. It is a way better value for the amount you get. It works well to clean without irritating skin. This soap is great, a little goes a long way on a wash cloth - I don't need more than 1-2 pumps to get my 4 year old clean. It's not tear free, but he's old enough now that I can wash him without his thrashing around and getting soap in his eyes. It does have a hint of essential oil fragrance to it, like a castile soap with a herbal scent, it blends right in with the berry fragrance and my son's skin hasn't been irritated by it at all.
