I love this stuff, I use once to twice a day and it keeps my aligners crystal clear and clean all week. It has a fresh sweet minty taste which freshens my breath. It has also whitened my teeth, I have had multiple people comment on how while my teeth are since using this. I'm not sure what the purpose of this is aside from maybe eliminating the bacteria from the trays while on the go, but I've noticed no whitening at all from this, and the taste is nothing special.
