I received the text kit on June 27. I proceeded to do the test kit that day and mailed it the next according to them they received it on July 7 and as of today July 30 there is still no results on a Lyme test. This is a total rip off between no customer service and now it’s august. There’s no excuse for this disaster and loss of money It looks good in print. It looks cute in the box. Is it worth it? Absolutely not please send a refund. Regretfully I had to hit one star in order to send it. I wish they had negative stars I would hit every one of them. ... show more

Unless you slice your finger off you will never provide enough blood for them to test false advertising at its worst I’m surprised the ftc and the fda allow this company to exist

    • I don't know how anyone can collect that much blood
The amount of blood they want is like 10+ full, gravity release droplets. They give you 2 single use lancets to achieve this. I happened to have my own lancetter on hand, and wasn't able to come close to getting enough blood to fill up their collection card from finger pricks. Maybe if you have a bleeding disorder this will work for you, but otherwise just go to the doctor, because you're wasting your money here. ... show more
