My old one got worn down and there is not way to replace theblades so I bught a new one and it made my clothes with pills look like new.

    • Doesn't de-pill worsted weight sweaters
Works OK on finer fabrics, but doesn't de-pill worsted weight or larger fiber sweaters. Clogs quickly and requires frequent emptying. Takes a long time to de-pill, as you have to go over fabric many times, and still pills left. Better than a manual de-piller, but not as good as I had hoped.

Amazon was so good to process my refund when i called customer service. Thank you Amazon for the customer support that you offer. This item didn't work well from the moment i took it out of the packaging. It ran intermittenly, then got bogged down on a string that it pulled out of the item i was shaving, leaving a 'run' in the material and the string wrapped around the spinning mechanism that then stopped working. Look for a better quality unit than this one ... show more
