Okay so I’ve had this car seat now for a few months now and I absolutely LOVE it. We have 5 kids and having this car seat frees up so much space in our car because we don’t have to pack a stroller with us everywhere we go. It comes with a little storage bag and it fits sooo much. It’s so convenient and rolls & turns nicely too. The shade part covers the baby so well, as it extends over his entire body. I don’t have any issues with the wheels tucking in before putting it into the base in the car nor do I have any issues with taking the wheels back out to utilize the car seat as a stroller. It’s pretty straight forward. The only problem I have is that it can get pretty heavy with a growing baby in it. I’m 5’0 exactly and can manage to do it but not without a sweat lol. I like that the handle can be adjusted and sometimes, my 4 year old can even push the baby in it. The plus is that it’s a smart car seat and you can download an app that will alert you if baby has been in the car seat too long and it reminds you that baby is in the car. You can also detach the wheels (which the doona doesn’t do) and attach it to an actual stroller too! Definitely worth the investment. ... show more

This car seat/stroller combo does not disappoint. Bought for baby 3, strictly for convenience and hoping it would make my life easier. It did! The versatility is great. I love that we can use as a stroller with ease, or simply remove only the carrier for short distances. It definitely has some weight to it, which was a concern at first, but no issues with lifting so far. There’s a bit of a learning curve to close the stroller, but once I figured the angle of wheels, I’ve had no problem. The quality is great and feels safe and secure for baby. I recommend to everyone!! My only negative comment is there is no option to purchase a second base. With that being said though, we are easily able to move the base between cars, if needed. It’s very easy to install. I know the seat can be installed without the base, but I have yet to try that. ... show more

As a mother of 4 - I’m telling you now, this is the best thing. So right out of the box, I’m impressed. Packaged nicely and really easy to set up and get using. The all black and gray color is very sleek, high end looking and the brown/wooden grain handle adds to the aesthetically pleasing look. I love how this comes with a removable storage bag and cup holder. I’ve been eyeing the doona for some time and then I came across this one, way more features and newer than its competitor, I’m so glad I chose this one! I wish they had this 6 years ago when I was having my first kid! But I’m so glad I have it now. This makes my life with 4 little ones so much better, removing the stroller stress - did we bring one? Do we need one? Is it going to fit? I don’t have to worry about that anymore! Since this is our upgrade from our original infant car seat, I must say the padding inside is very nice and seems like it would be very comfortable. Our old one we replaced had absolutely no cushion compared to this one! It’s very easy to adjust the headrest and this can last a baby over 1 year! My babies tend to run on the large side and they’ve all stayed in their infant seat for the first full year. This is a great investment. I love the sun visor, the material is nice: lightweight and breathable and it extends pretty far! I like the ease of use, you can open the stroller extension one handed and start to roll! The breaks on the back work nice and give it a solid park. This is one of the best carseats! I was worried about how smooth it would ride considering various types of terrain but it literally feels like it's got tiny shocks. The ride is very smooth and this carseat is so convenient!

I LOVED this product, and before the issues started it was the best baby investment, I recommended to strangers when they would show interest in public. My baby was born at the end of December so we have only had it in use for about 4 months. In the last week or two the issues have started. The first issue is the wheels started acting very finicky when trying to collapse the stroller to put into the car base. Soooo many times I’ve had to RE-release the stroller to adjust the wheels by hand and go up down up down (with baby in it!!) to get it to collapse in proper alignment to secure into the base. The second thing I noticed is the front wheels that are supposed to 360 swivel to allow movement in any direction started locking up to where you could not turn the stroller from one side to the other. You would have to pick the stroller up twist it in the air then sit it back down once the front wheels were straight so you could go straight forward, or have a second person able to lift it for you and spin the wheels yourself to unstick them. They were always different but a specific way the wheels would turn just not in unison. After about a week of that, the next issue that started is the carrier will not release from the wheels while in the base like it’s supposed to. One side will release but the other side is stuck attached so you can not remove just the carrier without the wheels. Now today it is not releasing the wheels at all to fall into the stroller. So currently I’m stuck with a a carrier that is extra heavy because it has the stroller wheels stuck attached to the bottom, I can’t remove them like I should and I also can’t release them down into a stroller to push it! And I FINALLY decide to contact Evenflo customer service (because I’m sure I’ll be buying a new car seat as soon as I can afford one) because this is unacceptable, and their customer service is simply unavailable, with no explanation. Like call center and LiveChat online are both unavailable during business hours and the only thing it says is try again later. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews every but I am so disappointed in this product and customer service. If I am able to contact customer service I will update my review but it isn’t looking promising. ... show more
