Very simple design that is super easy to install and very sturdy. The rotation makes it a million times easier to get the child in and out. It’s a bit bulky but fits my midsize SUV perfectly. Looks very comfortable for the child with the size of the headrest and angle it’s tilted back when in the rear facing position. Easily swivels forward or backward so could be used for either position without having to re-install or change the base. The straps are sturdy and easy to manipulate, it’s so easy to adjust for safety without pulling a million strings. This is a magnificent invention. Have you ever tried to get a sleeping child out of a car seat that doesn't turn? It's nearly impossible! That is just one reason this car seat is worth the expense. Imagine not bending into your car the entire time your buckling them in? The swivel seat is a must. Then I chose this particular one because it's not as bulky as the other brands. The "slim" is even less bulky but I only have one kid so I'm not concerned about fitting multiple car seats in my car. My concern was other adults in my back seat. With this car seat I can have 2 adults sitting in my back seat relatively comfortable. I say relatively because we had to do some adjustments (removing one of the cup holders as well as putting the car seat in the middle seat). Installation is simple. It only takes a few minutes. Which makes it easier if I need to move the car seat to another car. I was also impressed with the safety. It locks the seatbelt into the base differently then I've seen with most car seats. Works like a dream. Makes getting the baby out so dang easy. Not to lie I feel like the cool mom when I swing it around to get her out😂 it's super padded and very easy to clean. It's a little heavy, but I'd say it's heavy duty. I've heard things about the straps getting warn out from the metal underneath of these where the straps come through but I put some tape on the straps there and lube on the metal to be sure that doesn't happen to mine. Adjusting the straps is SO easy. Usually you have to play tug of war to loosen the straps but not with this thing! I love that it grows with the baby and I can have her rear facing for longer. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if she fit in this car seat until she was 16😂 May be pricey, but I'm so glad I spent the money, totally worth it!! ... show more

I really like this seat... now. I did not like this seat when we got it. Let me explain... I was so excited to receive this rotating seat because it rotates!! How cool is that?! No more banger baby's head on the ceiling of the car lifting her over the side and no more having to get inside the car to get her in or out. Awesome!! I did a ton of research on all of the rotating options and settled on this one as my choice for ease of use, size, and length of use (age). Also loved the zip-off cover for cleaning. The one drawback is the crotch buckle. I have a baby with huge chunky thighs. The crotch buckle DUG into her thighs the first time I put her into it. Mind you, this kid was 6 months old!! Like how is she going to fit into this until she's 7 or 8?? So I watched a million YouTube videos about adjusting it and nothing worked.. it adjusts position but not length and was already on the furthest forward position. Anyway, I messed with it for a whole day and pulled and prodded and removed and reinstalled the buckle.. I was so defeated. The next day when I put her in it it suddenly fit her fine??? Now we've used it for 2 months and it's great! So I don't know what I did. I guess pull on it and jiggle it around a lot and it sorta loosens up? Just saying give it a good chance before returning because now it's the best. ... show more

My baby was about 5 months when I bought this car seat she is 10 months now and the car seat is still everything I wanted in a car seat being a first time mom. It is so easy to get her in and out. Such a ferm but comfortable hold with the straps. Easy to clean her spills with the easy removal cover. I know for sure it will hold up into the toddler stages. Love the seat so far! Very fast/easy to get baby in and out with out the awkwardness of putting them in sideways ! It does take up a bit more space than traditional rear facing infant seat when you have it in the smallest infant reclined position. I had to scoot front seat up a tad in order to rotate it with ease. As far as ease of rotation, very easy 1 handed! Baby seems very cozy, padded and secure. Great car seat! I did my research and searched tons of reviews on all different brands. I Love the fact that it faces towards you and that I don't have to lift my 25 lb grandson into it sideways. I actually got this one cheaper because of the color. It was listed at $80 cheaper than the others because it's green, but seriously who cares I got a great deal on it and nobody sees it but the back of my car. And quite frankly I like the color. Compared to the car seats when my kids were little it does take a college degree to figure out how to do the tether and set up the straps but I ended up just watching a video on YouTube to set it up. It is well padded and comfortable and it's true to its word with only using one hand to rotate it. It is a big car seat so you definitely need to have room between the front seat and where it sits but I have a SUV so that's not a problem. I did choose this one because of the extended weight use.
