I bought this camera so I could check in on my cat while I am at work. The camera works very well and it will notify and record your pet’s movements. It will even send you a daily video diary with clips of your pet’s movements. What I like is that storage of the videos is local so no need to pay monthly fees and no chance of storage hacks. Using the app, you can move the camera to pan from side to side. You can even schedule the days and times the camera is on. The treat function is great as it dispenses a few treats at a time (I loaded it with Greenies dental treats). It has not clogged up and will alert you when the treat storage is low. It will even play a quacking-like sound to alert your pet that treats are about to be delivered. You can even speak to your pet. I LOVE this pet camera. I have had many indoor cameras in the past, and nothing beats this one. The 360 degree view is amazing, the two-way audio is so convenient (especially when your pup might be doing something he KNOWS he isn’t supposed to), and obviously the treat dispenser is such a great feature to have. I think the treat aspect of this is a game changer, so you can still feel connected to your pets while they're away. I appreciate the fact that you don’t need a subscription whatsoever to operate all of the functions of the camera (some competitors do). Another very cute feature of this camera is the “pet diary.” During the day, the camera will take all of the recorded videos and compile them into a cute little video. When I first got this pet cam I was highly impressed it was pretty much plug and play it was easy to sync with Wi-Fi. Really good video quality. But over time I noticed when I’d check in on the camera at work it’d say it’s offline, which one of the things I hate about this camera is there is no way to restart it unless you’re connected to you’re home Wi-Fi which if you’re at work or out and about you’re not going to be. So it’d go offline and basically you’re screwed until you get home to reset it. Which if it happened as a one off you’d be fine. But over time I noticed it goes offline a lot to the point where it’s inoperable. At first I thought it was my Wi-Fi but my Wi-Fi is pretty damn good, but I checked my Wi-Fi it’s all good. Everything else in my home was connected to the Wi-Fi except the pet cam. For the price of this unit and the problems you could have like myself I’d look into other pet cams. Update- So I was still having issues with this camera one thing I forgot to mention it seems to go offline when turning the camera. If you accidentally turn the camera it will go offline when your not home. Good luck getting it back online without being home. Also did a hard reset thinking that would correct the problem. No it just made it so I couldn’t connect the camera to my Wi-Fi. It took a few hours of adjusting my settings for my Wi-Fi to make sure I was running 2.4 ghz finally got it connected. 5 minutes later same problems. Didn’t fix one thing. I think I may have got a dud. Or else this company is just junk. Buyer beware! 2nd Update- Moved it to another room farther away from the Wi-Fi router. Now it works fine. There must have been some kind of interference?! Still a lot of headache for such of a expensive camera. ... show more

This is a great product for anyone who wants to keep an eye on their pet while away. The night vision is great and sending my little one treats during the day when we are not home is nice. The app is free to use and is the reason I went with this brand.

However, just 17 months after purchase, it suddenly stopped turning on. I followed all troubleshooting instructions, but to no avail. Additionally, the support provided on the website is inadequate. I was looking at a lot of dog cameras and they had some mixed reviews so I wasn’t sure what to get. I looked at the furbo at first since rhat’s the one i always hear about but didn’t feel confident with the reviews. A lot of products have bad reviews all the time, but i still read them and take them into account. This camera didn’t have any significant bad reviews so I decided to spend the extra money to buy this one. I don’t have any complaint about this camera. I only turn it on when I leave the house, and you can adjust your settings to “notify when there’s movement” , “notify when there’s sound” , “notify when there’s barking” or have all of the notifs on, and you can adjust sensitivity. The camera itself is good quality, rotates nicely too, super useful. My only slight complaint would be the treat throwing feature. Sometimes it throws more than 1 treat and 3 or 4 will come out, but I guess that’s hard to manage. The voice feature is ok, probably the best quality a camera could get? My dogs never pay attention to my voice through the camera though, but it is pretty loud. ... show more
