The best way I can tell others that this company took care of my issue is by showing you the emails that took place between us. They asked me to share my experience on Amazon. My diffuser didn't stay on for long. I kept it because it is beautiful and goes so well with my decor. I decided to email them about the issue and they sent a new unit that works well. Also to note, the power plug on the new unit is now on the side, not on the bottom which is helpful. It was difficult to plug it in, on the bottom, when it was full of water. Follow the instructions to not overfill and not get water in air outlet channel (this information follows in the email thread). If it doesn't work properly, email the company. They had the new unit to me within a week. I have the grey swirled glass model. I ran the new unit and actually timed it, and it was on for 3 hours yesterday. Hopefully it continues to perform as advertised. Dec 4, 2022 10:38 AM Hello, I bought one of your diffusers last May. It is beautiful, however it has NEVER stayed on for more than 45 minutes. If so, keep the base dry for hours.（ Do not move or tilt the essential oil diffuser during the operation.） 3) Use the cotton swab to scrub the mid-hole(mist disc) of the reservoir. 4) Unplug the diffuser and plug it back in or turn it off and on a few times. If the unit still can not work properly after you tried out above options, we’d like to send you a new replacement. I purchased two and both are amazing. Beautiful. Lighting can be chosen or rotated by a button, So very easy to use. Just place the white water holder onto the base of the lamp, add water to the level that is marked, add the white top, and then add the beautiful thick glass lamp on top. Program as instructed and IMMEDIATELY it will start releasing a stream of your favorite essential oil within a steam. Only use up to 5 drops of oil. I LOVE THESE. I will now have a wonderful Christmas gift, baby shower gift, any gift for giving. They arrived very well packed in their own foam mold, nothing broken. Then boxed and double boxed by Amazon. Very lovely piece. As described. We love the color changing and options. Puts off a nice mist. We just used it for adding pine scent for the holidays. We did have a small issue upon receipt and their customer service responded and resolved quickly. I highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. It’s mesmerizing to watch this diffuser lol, and works pretty well :) I am happy with my purchase I recommend this product other that the fact that the base of the actual diffuser feels a little cheap. Just because it’s made of plastic but still can’t complain cuz it’s just too beautiful. Not only that but the lights offer a bunch of different color options and time settings. Definitely on the louder side for diffusers tho ... show more
