I love this eyeliner! It has a felt tip with rich black ink. It allows for incredible precision. It is smug proof and will stay in your inner eye but it can easily be removed with a little makeup remover. I would not classify it as waterproof but it won’t run if you start crying. The eyeliner is a very rich black, BUT even with a steady hand, this stuff veins out on the eyelid. I always end up with a thicker line than I wanted because I have to correct the veining. Three for this price is a good value.
