I really like this case for my new iPhone. It’s superior to any of the cases I’ve used with my previous iPhones. It fits great, it’s very sturdy and feels solid in hand. In addition the cutouts match up perfectly with the phone and I like that it comes with its own screen protector including individual protectors for each of the iPhone camera lenses. It has all that and it looks good. I also have to mention how impressed I am with the seller BDCollection US_ESR. When I first received the new case and put it on my iPhone there seemed to be a small air bubble beneath the screen protector. It caused a slight discoloration that was only noticeable when looking at the screen/iPhone from an angle and only when it was on the phone. I took the phone out of the case and reassembled it several times but the bubble remained. My brother also purchased the exact same case and there was no issue with it and considering the many positive reviews I assumed this was probably just an imperfection with this particular case. I emailed BDCollection that night, explained the problem and received a reply the following morning apologizing and letting me know they would send me a new case and that I didn’t need to send back the defective case back. Several days later I had the new case, there was no air bubble and so problem solved. You just can’t get customer service any better than that. The company stands behind their product and when there was a problem they resolved it quickly and professionally. I bought this case recently and I love it. I’m very picky when it comes to cases and I have tons of them. However, this one sticks out for sure. It’s very slim considering how protective it is. It does make your phone wider in the hand while holding. I guess they got to put the shock absorption somewhere. It’s hardly noticeable and probably not a problem depending on what kind of case you are coming from. My only gripe about this case is the built in screen protector. It lays on there nicely, however it’s not crystal clear so it looks a little bit washed out. I ended up punching the built in screen protector out and replacing with my own tempered glass shield. No issues at all working with case. Now the phone is perfect. Casual enough for day to day use but also rugged enough for work. The port covers are great because I work in a mail truck all day and it keeps dirt from getting in the ports. Well done ESR!
