I had a previous coffee espresso machine of a different supposedly high quality brand (Gevi) that I was generously gifted from my son for Christmas... unfortunately it only worked for me for 8 weeks before all of a sudden crashing with no explanation- then I got a replacement of that same machine, the first night I tried out the replacement, it never worked :( so I decided I would try a different brand completely. After reading all of the amazing positive reviews on this one, I decided to pull the trigger, and wow, it has truly impressed me!!! From the moment I got it, I have noticed how powerful it is-- it brews amazing espresso, only takes a few minutes to warm up, and the frother is absolutely AMAZING!! It truly gives me he best frothed milk I have ever gotten from an espresso machine. I give this machine a 10/10, 5 stars for sure!!!!     • Heats up fast, easy to use
I replaced an older Delonghi 15 bar machine with this one and I'm pretty happy with it. It heats up so much faster than the Delonghi (which was ~15 min, this one is ready in about a minute) and the espresso tastes fine. The steamer wand/frother works pretty well. I'm not doing anything fancy with it, but at this price point it was well worth it for home use. Read the instructions before using as there are a few different options with the way it brews; I use a bigger coffee cup so I don't use the presets. ... show more

I have been wanting an espresso machine for many years and finally broke down and bought one. I did research for quite some time, weighing pros and cons, looking for something not too expensive but that would make a good shot. I landed on this one, the 20 bar model. Now I have only had it for 3 days but so far it is what I wanted it to be. After only a few shots, and I have never made an espresso shot before, it was really good. I would recommend cleaning the machine more than it recommends as my first shot tasted of new machine. I just ran water through a few more times before I did another shot and that worked wonders for the taste! I would recommend this machine, for the price point, it can't be beat! makes decent espresso. The steaming wand is weird. It doesn’t really steam the milk, i feel like all it does is warm it up. It does the job and it’s worth the price. Easy to use.

    • Easy-peasy coffee squeezy!
Got going in no time. Easy buttons, easy manual. No timers or other nonsense to deal with: poor the water, turn it on, tap your finely ground coffee, twist the handle in, and push another button. Voila! Out comes the goodness that tastes just awesome! No more drip-crap in this household! And the steam wand is awesome too! Update (7 months later): As I educated myself in the art of espresso I started getting frustrated with this machine. No matter how hard I tried I just got a thin crema and so-so shots. Perhaps I need a more expensive machine I thought to myself and 7 months later it stopped working. No water would come out and no tricks I was able to try after hours of youtube browsing would fix that. Off it went back because luckily it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bummer, can't really recommend it anymore ... show more
