I love this expresso machine. Have used it every day since I received it. It is easy to use and easy to clean. The frother works perfectly. Delivers the perfect Latte or Cappuccino. I use a vanilla oat milk designed for the at home Batista. Definitely helps deliver a texture that is always perfect. Also love that it has a clean cycle for the Frother, and does not require any remaining milk to be removed during cleaning. Run the clean cycle and put froth milk container with its remaining milk into the refrigerator till next use. Also you will find in the instructions, that the temperature range is programable. I set mine to the highest, prewarn the system by running one expresso cycle before adding coffee, and prewarm my cup in microwave with water in it, before using. Doing this, I find it delivers my drink hot enough for my enjoyment. I read some reviews that complained about temperature .. but doing as I described above; I found it delivers my drink plenty hot. There is also a way to customize the presets, to your liking, described in the instructions, though I find the defaults to be perfect. This little 20 gauge espresso maker makes amazing coffee! For the price I paid for this little wonder the coffee is perfect. I also have a 15 gauge extremely expensive Ronzillio espresso maker and the coffee is not as good. The magic comes from the higher 20 amp guage. This machine is light and portable and I can take it with me when I travel. The steamer works perfectly, too! ... show more

Pros: It makes effortless lattes—just don’t forget to aim the milk tube at your cup, or you’ll have a big milk puddle on your counter... The milk foam is yummy. I am very happy with this purchase. Cons: The outer coffee ground holder with handle on ours has corroded slightly after just once or twice forgetting to remove the insert to rinse after use, which is disappointing. (We have a toddler, so distraction-free brewing is just not available at our home.) The foam is by no means on par with a fancier machine, like the Saeco fully automatic machine we had at the office, but perfectly acceptable for the price of the machine and ease of use. ... show more

Worked great for a few months. Cleaned it each time as directed. Stopped working after a few months, so customer service sent a new milk tank. Worked for a couple more months and now the whole machine and the milk tank stopped working properly. When you try to make any type of espresso or use the milk tank it makes very loud noises and shakes. Definitely would not buy again! ... show more

I chose this machine due to it's stainless steel lined inner boiler, it's overall heavier machine weight and narrow footprint, along with oversized stainless steel steaming wand. (Note) The lesser cost model identical in appearance from this manufacturer had no mention of the stainless steel interlined boiler so I chose the more expensive one that clearly conveyed that boiler system. I have owned numerous espresso machines over the years, and have learned there's no need to spend $300 to $500 which I have! unless you're planning on repairing and maintaining them they only last so long do to water characteristics against the boiling system. For around $200 or less you can find a very nice machine (such as this one) that should work for years before internal blockages, leaky portafilter gaskets and such requires a new unit. "Note" I always remove the portafilter shortly after shooting an expresso 1 to 2min as to extend the life of that main gasket. I have use it almost everyday for the last month, 2 to 3 times a day. Being so pleased with this machine I felt it my responsibility to give it a solid review. (1) nice espresso, excellent crema with medium to dark beans. (2) the timer program shot function allows you to set the length of pull to suit your preference, I tend for a longer pull quite often. (3) I tend to use a very fine grind well tamped, this 20 bar pump has never failed to impress...(works great). (4) I do cappuccinos, soy milk, a little coconut milk powder, quarter teaspoon slippery elm, the oversized stainless steel steam head is a big improvement over the smaller head especially if you add additional powders to increase the loft and texture of your milk product. (Note) if you love your expresso and have over the years discovered a tender tummy, a 1/4-1/2 or so teaspoon slippery elm powder is something to consider, I like its earthy taste, and it is a known digestive and intestinal supportive coating among other things. (Also purchased on Amazon) (5) I appreciate the pressure gauge indicating an appropriate grind and tamped coffee grounds is being achieved. (6) (Note) the manufacturer has gone to Great lengths to educate the buyer of this machine of its intricacies of operation in easy to understand written form. If you froth before shooting your espresso follow instructions to an appropriate cooldown for perfect expresso temperature. Also if all lights go to flashing check your water level before being concerned as it has internal protections. 30 days in with this machine with heavy use, I'm impressed! And would definitely recommend or buy again. Enjoy! ... show more
