    • Great Customer Service, Nice Entry Level Espresso Machine
Updated: Due to the missing items (see original post below), once the vendor was notified, they immediately shipped out the missing pieces. Now that I have everything, I was ready to brew my first espresso, and many more, with my first ever espresso machine. My review is based on no experience using an espresso machine. Once i ran water through it and washed everything, I was ready to brew my first cup. The machine was easy to figure it out since it has three buttons and a dial. You have the power / single shot, double shot, and steamer buttons. On the right side, when you turn on the steamer, you turn the dial to use the steamer. Since I'd never brewed an espresso, took me a bit to figure out how much to fill filter cup, how much to stamp them, and finally brew it. As I played around with the brewing, the simplicity of the machine made it easy to to brew as I got the hang of it. For my first machine, it's easy to use, works well, and provides a good espresso. I'm sure there are superior espresso machines, however, I did not want to spend a lot of money and see if I'm able to be invested enough to invest in a higher end, more expensive machine. As a beginner, this was perfect and would recommend. Original Post: I was excited to receive the Espresso Coffee Machine and give it a try, since I've always wanted one and finally had one. Out of the box, I'm going through the instructions on first use and I see it listing items that were not in the box. The box is missing the Single Shot Filter Basket, and Spoon & Tamper 2-in1. Without the stamper, if I attempt to brew something, the shot will either be too water since the grains are too lose or bitter if too compressed, which will probably happen without the proper stamping tool measuring the correct diameter. As a result, I can't continue with my review and don't recommend due to not providing the proper components as noted in the description. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying I've owned multiple high end coffee makers. I presently have a Jura super automatic that costs 20 x the cost of this espresso machine. This is my first espresso machine and it's a whole new experience in coffee. The coffee is bold, rich, and flavorful and the crema is incredible. The 20 bar pressure puts the espresso maker at top of its game. My Jura pumps out the product effortlessly from grinding the bean to the cup, but it's like comparing a domestic beer to a craft beer. I never knew what I was missing. Wow! The machine heats very quickly and the water reservoir is large enough to make many espressos without refilling. The machine also makes hot water and froths milk in seconds! The time consumption is in the bean grinding and tamping. Coffee making itself is quick and flawless. There is no comparison in taste! The price point on this espresso machine is a no brainer for anyone shopping for an espresso machine. I love it and I highly recommend it! ... show more

This espresso machine is on the medium side of price. The quality of the build is very nice, it's made of mostly aluminum and plastic, so there are a couple of points I am concerned about later on, but if we are careful with it, it should be fine. It has a little bit of a learning curve, but the manual is very well written. It does let you know that the first few cups will not be wonderful, but once all the air and stuff has worked through the inner workings, it makes a very nice cup. It has a small countertop footprint, which is nice, and it has big suction cups on the bottom to keep it from pushed off accidentally, or from moving when it's working. ... show more

This is an incredibly easy-to-use little espresso machine. I have a larger, very expensive one but I wanted something easy to take with me to the office so I could enjoy custom coffee while at work. Choosing this one was worth it. For the price, it's an incredible little machine that takes the work out of making a fancy cup of coffee. It's simple to use, simple to clean, and quickly makes up a great tasting espresso. Highly, highly recommend this one -- especially over the more pricey ones online. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this espresso machine - it's so much smaller than my old one which saves me a ton of space and it heats up fast too. Plus it looks sleek. It's easy to clean and it holds a lot of water for it's size which is convenient. It has a 2-cup and 1-cup portafilter, I just leave the 2-cup in. I haven't used the steaming wand yet for frothing.. I'm an Americano person, but I'll post if there are any issues when I get a chance to try it. I know I like the simplicity of the device and it produces amazing espresso! ... show more

The hot water dispenser and frother are great additions for making tea or frothing up a great cappuccino or latte. I have highly expensive coffee systems throughout our home, yet I find myself turning to this little gem when I want a quick caffeine hit.
