Great price shipped on time love the mechanical pressure gauge built pressure fast, metal toggle switches, and the retro aesthetic. Not too heavy, not too big, not too small, handles work well for carrying. Works great, easy to use, easy directions requires a little bit of attention and just little involvement. It produces a very nice espresso with good amount of crema. The steam wand is long , powerful and loud when frothing the milk I’m new at frothing but after using, I did run steam through wand to clear and milk residue so it will continue to work properly. Water reservoir is a thick plastic not concerned of cracking. Can take to sink or fill with pitcher Included with my purchase: is a thick heavy duty plastic scoop/tamper and a one and two shot steel basket a portafilter with the bottom half black plastic hopefully BPA free drip spouts. see picture I purchased in addition to this espresso machine: WILLIZTER Two-in-One Stainless Steel Coffee Scoop Tamping Dual-Purpose Coffee Spoon Powder Hammer Tamper Multi Function Spoon Holder Coffee Tools for Measuring and Tamping, Tamper end around 50.8mm works well with the both baskets. Works like a charm-- if you only want two shots of espresso at any given time. Making multiple drinks? Too bad. Wait 20 minutes and try again. Making 3 shot drink? Wait 20 minutes to get that third one. After taking one pull from the machine, removing all atachments, cleaning any espresso from underneath, and just trying water fails to make it work. Green light never comes on and the pressure gage doesn't move and the motor just grinds on. Update: Returned. BUT if I turn it off and walk away for 20 minutes, it works again. Will be returning. The media could not be loaded. I'm going to assume you are purchasing this for looks. If not, no worries but I did. I'm not a coffee snob--very much a casual. Keep that in mind for this review. It looks pretty good in person. Small gripe is the logo is off center in the bottom band, which is a bit silly to mention except that this item seems to exist specifically for aesthetic reasons. It's pretty straightforward to use despite a poor manual. The worst part is it shoves out the same amount of water no matter what and is up to you to stop it when you want. Maybe you'll like that feature but it basically just means I'm making doubles all the time that may be closer to quadruples. There is not really a crema with this machine but for it's easy of use and cleanup I'll give that a pass compared to my cheaper hand pump "espresso" machine. Water comes out about 165 f. Some may think that's high, other low. I think it tastes pretty good for what I'm making. The plastic casing gets a bit hot after use but it does warm up very quickly after being off for hours. All in all I'm pleased but there are things that could be improved. ... show more

I personally like the espresso machine. It makes consistent espresso shot. Dosent take much time for the machine to heat up. So if running a little behind in the morning, still will be able to make a shot of expresso before heading out. The milk frother is a like tricky to use. At least for me, it just seems like takes time to master the right pressure needed to heat up the oat milk, milk, ect... The wand seems to be good, though going with a 12oz milk frother cup is better then going with a 18oz. The espresso machine is a very amazing great size. So if don't have to much room in you kitchen os space. This is perfect for its compact size. The retro look is just a added bonus. Really havnt had any issues. And love all the price, efficiency of great consistency of espresso shots. ... show more
