My Bel STi Stealth is from 2006; it’s still the detector of choice for most OTR drivers, for many reasons, but it’s out of production. When the smart cord failed several years ago, the cord from my previous Escort detector worked. Now that’s failing as the sheath near the detector jack has torn. This plug works perfectly to provide power and control the mute and volume functions. And the USB port is a bonus that my two previous cords lacked. Great product... Bought this as a replacement to my 'seasoned' cord. It delivers same quality of service, but my only complaint is that it is 4" shorter than the original cord. I've had to adjust my radar location.
