We assembled the 10X13 last weekend. It’s a project for a couple of people and occasionally one or two more people. So far we are very happy with it. It seems well built, sturdy, it looks great. The drainage system works surprisingly well. The directions could use a little more detail.

The positive: It’s a beautiful gazebo and fairly sturdy. The negative: It comes in a million pieces (our boxes were severely damaged), it was missing a few screws, the instructions are pictures only and hard to follow, and the curtains that come with it are cheap. Less than 2 weeks after setting up the gazebo, the zipper fell off one of the curtain panels. I contacted customer service. I was asked to send pictures which I did. They determined that the zipper did not effect the functionality of the gazebo and we’re going to do nothing about it. After explaining that it does (we zip it up every night to protect our patio furniture) and that I did not pay over $1,600 for this item to have a part break in 2 weeks, customer service said they would reimburse me $10 and suggested I take the curtain to a tailor. $10 WILL NOT cover a tailor and fixing this issue should not be my problem. The curtain should have been replaced by the company as far as I am concerned. While customer was polite, they did not resolve my issue and I would not recommend buying anything from this company as they will not work with you to fix issues. ... show more

Bought the 10X13 gazebo. Fairly easy to assemble. Need at least a helper some of the time. But mostly can then be done alone. We are very happy with this purchase and are getting many compliments. Seller is terrific to work with. Very happy! Would recommend this product.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this one. overall I'd say most are spot on. I assembled this with my son over a weekend. **needed an extra person when we were installing the posts and cross beams. I'd say that the instructions were pretty good over all. The bags of screws were labeled properly as were all the parts. The sheer volume of screws for this thing will intimidate even a seasoned DIYer - there are A LOT of screws. Installed on 14' x 18' concrete patio and bought my own anchor screws to set the posts into the patio. The only hassle was the roof panels - they require a lot of patience and finesse - or just a lot of cursing. curtains and netting seem to work fine. You'll need to find a way to keep them from blowing around - I haven't found a good method yet. you can easily fit plastic ties between the roof struts and the roof panels if you want to run lights. we've had some heavy rains and everything stays dry underneath. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this again ... show more

Easy enough to put together. My husband did it by himself. It took him two days alone, but not working more than about 6 hours at a time. Heavy duty screen and canvas. So far no leaks and everything aligned perfectly when assembling. Built in rain gutter keeps a lot of the rain water away. The only thing I don’t care for are the plastic clips for the curtains and screen. Metal would be easier and more durable. ... show more

The gazebo looks really good, we just love the look … but man oh man who wrote the direction? The step by step method is out of wack . You have us get so far just to remove some screws to add another part that’s need to go into its place …. Besides all of that, even with two people it’s gonna take you about 5/6 hours to put it all together….. great quality though. Definitely have recommend it to others but man oh man I let them know right off the back , this is not for the weak lol ... show more
