  • BEST EVER
Material Type: Brown Finish Frame Galvanized St... Size: 14'x20'
We priced having one built in the backyard. We decided to go hunting for one instead. I came across these and ordered TWO! (fraction of the price) BEST DECISION EVER! It took a while to figure out how to get the first one together. But the second one went up lickety split because we knew what we were doing the second time around. They even have rain gutters on them. Sturdy well-built and VERY affordable! Would recommend this (and have sent the link to several friends) to anyone. ... show more

  • Sturdy Gazebo - very pleased!
Material Type: Galvanized Steel Roof Aluminum F... Size: 12'x20'
The media could not be loaded. Most people are quoting 8 hours assembly with three people. It took us 10-12 with 2 adults and a preteen with the roof being the hardest part. (YOU NEED 2-3 ppl for the roof!) My husband put the base together by himself. Some of the instructions were numbered a bit off and no written instructions but we figured it out. It’s like IKEA picture type instructions with no words. It’s beautiful once up and even better once we’ve put up smart lights, an echo dot for music, and two fans. The privacy curtains and mosquito netting are a great value. We LOVE IT and are spending most of the summer evenings in there. It’s sturdy and a great neutral color for any home. Looking to see how it does with the rainy weather in the PNW. The customer service was great as we were missing a few items and some parts of the curtains roughed up in transit. All parts were replaced quickly. Tip: Wait for the 7 boxes before you start laying it out and unpacking. ROOF: put the middle horizontal bars for the roof up first as you do each side so the panels will stay up for the roof when you are setting them or sliding them in the channels. And forget the tools included. Power tools and a wrench made it go faster. We put magnetic curtain weights (from Amazon) on some of the mosquito netting to keep it from blowing around so much. Allen and Roth Bronze fans (Amazon and Lowe’s) are a perfect color match and don’t sway. We put it on a smart power strip to control it and the gazebo lights with Alexa but some people have used a plug/remote control since these are high up and done have a remote. ... show more

  • Time consuming, 2+ people, 8’ A ladder, tools necessary
Material Type: Polycarbonate Double Roof Alumin... Size: 12'x16'
I am writing this only two days after fully assembling the gazebo . We are enjoying the gazebo and find the gazebo framework to be sturdy and well built. However, the ceiling panels are like plastic pieces of cardboard and we have not experienced any wind, rain or snow conditions yet so we don’t know how they will do in these conditions. The panels are tinted so some sunlight still comes through. We don’t yet know the full impact of this. When installing the ceiling panels, only do a section at a time and put on the metal panel end pieces otherwise they will slide back out. The part we found that required the extra people (more than 2) is the first part of the ceiling frame work. However, with difficulty my wife (5’5) and I (5’9) alone were able to assemble it needing the 8’ A ladder and 4’ platform ladder. Also, be prepared to spend time getting the panels in the frame guides. Ours had a good many pinched and needed adjustment to fit. We are really pleased with the design and elegance of the gazebo. For the $750 we paid it seems to be worth it. However, due to the wind and snow WE usually get, I think I would have rather gotten the metal roof type, except the ones we found were almost twice the price for the same size. We were expecting a hard plastic roof but got a cardboard plastic type instead. Hopefully this lasts through the winter. Regarding assembly time (approximately 12 hours across 2 days for 2 people), I am not a construction guy but still quite capable and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. Additional comments 1/17/25; we have had a snow storm of 6”+ but at about 3-4” I got a bit concerned about the panels holding up and cleaned it off. So it will hold at least 3” of heavy wet snow. Wind: we had it closed and the wind ripped the stitches out of the curtain and tie back but that’s our fault for leaving it closed but the wind never blew any of the ceiling panels out. ... show more

  • An enjoyable hassle free project
Material Type: Galvanized Steel Roof Aluminum F... Size: 10'x12'
My gazebo is an Erommy 10 x 12 SKU XWG-213TN-3 ordered on Amazon. SHIPPING Shipping was fast and I received 3 boxes on 3 consecutive days. The boxes weigh approximately 70 Ib 110 Ib and 120 Ib. The packaging was fair but I thought it should be a little better considering the weight and the number of parts. INVENTORY To be honest I never did a full inventory there was just too much to have scattered everywhere so my inventory was more a case of inspecting for obvious signs of damage, there had been some movement during transit but everything appeared to be OK. TOOLS The must haves for me were an 8' step ladder, a 6' step ladder, a battery drill with torque control (I did most with a setting of 5) and a small set of hex bits for use with the drill. ASSEMBLY I assembled the whole thing on my own but I do recommend at least two people, some of the parts are long or require holding in place and require someone at each end. The base frame was quite easy, the roof was a little more challenging. The project was fun and I enjoyed it, it was not a race, I took my time over 3 or 4 days to completion and it came out looking good. CUSTOMER SERVICE I ended up short of 8 curtain hooks, Erommy mailed me 20 extra within a week of me contacting them. TIP The roof has many "tiles" that have a clip along one edge that help retain the tile in the frame, I had trouble keeping the clips in place so I put two 3/16 pop rivets in each clip (there are holes in the clips already). Just make sure the rivet is inserted from the bottom side of the roof tile. This worked for me others may want to try one to begin with to make sure they agree with the option ... show more
