I like that you get some versatility as you can play basket ball and t-ball. The box says 3-5 years old, however my grandson is 1 and half years old and thoroughly enjoys it. The only negative is that the hoop does not extend very much. My grandson is 3ft. and is just the right height to use the hoop at the highest level. I imagine that a three to five year old would tower over the hoop. I also feel that the price-point of almost $40 dollars is a little steep, ... show more

This basketball hoop was really easy to put together. It is well made and can be stored outside without problem. The height adjustment works well. The hoop is easy to switch out for the baseball stand. My kids loved it and found it fun to play with. It is worth the price.

As a disclaimer first, I got this product for free on Amazon as part of the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review - search for more details. I got this for my very active 1 year old who has demonstrated with another basketball baby toy the concept of putting the ball through the hoop. I love the versatility of this set that has a lot of pieces and options to customize its use for multiple play options. What I have realized by refreshing myself of the product before doing my review is something somebody else pointed out that I hadn’t considered yet. The basketball hoop is actually very short. My 34 inch one year old has perfect height to reach up and drop the ball in and eventually as he gets more coordination to throw a ball, it’s perfect. But if he was older say closer to 4 or 5, it probably will be too short for him. But that being said we have friends whose daughter is 3 and the same height as my one year old son, so it probably could last her a little while. It’s just something to be mindful of, but seeing as it doubles for t-ball, I didn't think it to be a reason to dock a star. ... show more

As far as outdoor entertainment sets for kids go this thing packs a lot of punch in one package. It's something that's sure to keep your little ones busy for quite some time outside having fun but in a pinch this could also be used indoors too so it's versatile to say the least. There's no complicated setup and it's not super huge so you don't have to have a giant living room or a huge yard in order to enjoy this. Such a fun little basketball /T-ball set! I would definitely say this set is best for toddlers, due to it's small size. It is adjustable, but even for my almost 2 year old grandson's, the highest level he can dunk the basketball through hoop. I do love that it also has the T-ball attachment, it is pretty easy to switch them out. Set seems pretty durable, you can add water to the base for more stability. I do have to mention, even the hand pump that comes in this set for the basketballs, is better than what Ive seem woth majority of product...it works!!! Colors are great, very patriotic. I definitely think this set is a good value for all that you can do with it! I got this for my grandson that will be 2 in a few months and he can move and shake with this, like a pro. ... show more
