  • EPOS Software necessary if you have issues! Decent for work-purchased headphones (USB-C a plus!)
My employer purchased new headphones for work, I did not need them but I thought I'd test them out on my personal Windows 11 PC after I saw the price for this model (Adapt 560). They're a little compact for everyday desktop \ desk use. I have a pair of Logitech G432 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset and a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M50X that I've owned since 2016. These are fairly good on Windows, playing YouTube Music, YouTube TV, and general testing of sound. The bluetooth connection is very strong, and the USB Type C is a HUGE plus since I cannot stand purchasing anything with MicroUSB or USB-A only anymore. I saw a Reddit post that said to download and use the EPOS Connect software (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac) if you are having any weird issues with your headphones!! Very helpful stuff to make sure you download the EPOS Connect software. ... show more

  • Great and stylish but sounds like a tin can
My employer gave this to me as a way to make wfh easier and it’s useless with Avaya. It sounds echo-y and people have a hard time hearing me

  • Good unit when it works
My work got this for me. Sound is good, though I wish it got louder. The problem is it will not stay connected. Not usable for work because it is so undependable. Customer service is non-existent.

  • Great versatile headset/headphones
Got this headset for my daughter to use for school and gaming. Would be great for work-from-home too. Great versatile headset/headphones. Really like the look and flip-down mic. The style is on-ear, but very thickly padded, so it’s still very comfortable.

  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I've had this headset for work for about six months now and had nothing but problems with it. Out of the box the headband sucks, you'll have to play with it a bit on your head to find out where it sits the best so it doesn't hurt your head. I've have Corsair and Logitech headsets that feel vastly better. Now for the glaring issues I've had with this throughout the time I've owned it. I work 8 hours shifts, and during that time I have to have my headset plugged into a battery pack probably seven of those hours. This thing has NO appreciable battery life, especially for a headset geared towards work. The battery seems to charge extremely quickly, but then dies almost as equally fast, leading me to believe that they put some ridiculously small battery in these as a half-assed attempt at cost cutting (still $187 at the time of this writing) The noise cancellation on these suck, it basically just pumps white noise to muffle anything in the background. It defaults to noise cancellation so when you first put it on you’ll have to hit the button just forward of the mic boom twice to shut it off. I didn’t know this initially and I was getting nauseous with the sound this thing puts out. Lastly, the connectivity. I keep the headset within three-ish feet in direct line of sight of the headset and this thing CONSTANTLY drops connection. I’ll be in the middle of some important call and suddenly I’ll have no audio. It’s INCREDIBLY infuriating when this thing can’t keep me working and I’m stuck for the next five minutes turning it on and off trying to get it to turn on. I wish it was as good as it was priced, but unfortunately it’s nowhere near it. If I could, I would still be using my Plantronics CS540. That thing blew this out of the water, battery lasted all day, and it would maintain connectivity across an office and through cinder block and cement walls (back when I worked in an office). Comparatively speaking this Sennheiser is SO BAD that I will not be buying another Sennheiser product, ever. ... show more

  • Excellent headset for Zoom and other video calls
This product is easy to set up with the dongle on a laptop. The battery life is excellent and the audio quality is great. If you install the software on your pc, EPOS Connect, you get updates on it on a regular basis. I don't use this regularly with my cell phone, but when I did, it worked like a charm. Having a boom arm that can fold away makes it great for a quick mute or just listening to music or videos. The controls on the right earpad are easy to figure out and the headset folds away so it's compact if you travel with it. ... show more

  • Do not purchase
This headset was purchased for work. It constantly turns off and drops important calls. Uncomfortable to wear for long periods. The battery life sucks.
