The media could not be loaded. Watched the set up video to set-up. My printer did not have that screw to remove. Emailed customer service to assist with setting up software. They connected with me a day later and got me up and running. So far I’m very happy!

Item was packaged very securely! The contact seller number/site does not work. Please update contact info. HOWEVER, I contacted seller through Amazon & request 'remote setup support' & they sent me a WhatsApp conversation to join. Eric on WhatsApp helped me for a couple days & even helped with settings/troubleshooting after setup. It now is working great, as well as the oven.
