They were absolutely great to work with. They had to deal with this old 62 year old woman who knew nothing about electronics and they were so patient with me and even fixed my laptop when my internet service kept refusing it. We liked how the first one worked for us so to grow our business, we purchased another one. Only issue was connecting the second one. Contacted customer service and we were up and running asap. Highly recommend this product.

What a amazing product. Once I learned how to set everything up I have no problems. Do need to use regular though white ink drys in about 3 - 5 days, but a regular nozzle cleaning will do the trick.

I received my new Epson L1800 from AOK today. I was getting an error message when trying to install my software and the seller remoted into my laptop and installed the software for me. I was up and running immediately! Thank you AOK!
