This printer was a pain to set up to begin with. Once I figured it out it worked ok. 3 months go buy and the printer has stopped working. Not clogged, it stopped working in the middle of a print. Did a head clean and then the print head carriage got stuck and a part of it was loose (some metal shield). Have contacted seller and of course no response. Hopefully Amazon can do something about it. ... show more

The printer has never worked . I have been in touch with the company that makes it . They sent some parts to fix it and it didn’t fix it . I keep getting the run around from them . I need this resolved. I am sitting on a 2000. 00 dollar machine that doesn’t work . I have records of all of the communication with the company if needed. ... show more

The setup of the programs is not easy. More so when they have to do it remotely, plus the time difference. I struggled to set it up because there were no videos, the links on the manual are invalid. Finally set the machine up, it takes multiple test prints. The machine is now experiencing an error. I just don’t feel like dealing with it again. If you’re a beginner you will need a lot of patience. I struggled with getting vibrant colors, no matter what I changed. It was one of the more affordable options, but in the long run might turn out to be the most expensive. :( ... show more

    • A very good starter printer

Ive done sublimation, htv, regular ahesive vinyl, but none of them were as satisfying as dtf. The ability to print on any fabric no matter how dark the color is amazing. Setting up the printer itself wasnt hard. Add the ink to the reservoirs, draw the ink into the cartridges (yes even the eco tanks have reusable cartridges) and install the roll of film. The issue was the software. It gave me issues beyonf belief. When my personal laptop was the only one who accepted the software the printer ran beautifully after downloading the drivers from a different source than the usb dongle and finding a icc file that gave amazing color from a different source as well. Was it truly worth what i spent? Not quite. The price is $300 dollars higher than i think it should be for the hassles i had but i got everything working before resorting to using their technicians which were very willing to help to solve my issues if i decided i needed to. I do have them on stand by if any issues arises. So far other than initial troubles none. 1-2 print head cleanings depending how long i go between uses is all i need to print smoothly. I am having a problem with the ink printing over itself… if I could fix this problem it would be a fantastic printer! If I can’t figure it out then I may return it. But it looks like it should be a great printer.

I purchased this product as a bundle. The printer was easy to put together, but the software installation was not. To install the software, that is in another language, you had to turn off permissions and security to add to your Windows PC. Once the installation was available to use, the machine would only print 1 out of every 10 prints. The roller would lock up, or it would be too lose. When you try to call to get help with this, you are put on hold for hours, and they do not seem to have an answer for you. The oven sent with this bundle is not for larger prints, and does not cure as the heat press seems to. When you print on your shirt, or item, it is not as vibrant as others seem to be. Items have been returned, but still waiting on my refund to be returned as well. The company is slow to help, and slow to process and requests, questions or returns you might have. Scroll on past this item, spend the money on something that comes in your language, and is easy to install without going around all of the anti virus on your PC. ... show more
