I like the durability. I use this every day for a lunchbox. Its worked great the past year. My only compaint is it doesnt keep stuff as cold as a rotomolded lunchbox or cooler, but definitely better than any softsided cooler. Good buy for the price.

I like the cooler over all, but it's terrible to carry. Using it as a lunch cooler it is a bit large, but I like that I can fit medium sized Tupperware containers in it with ease. Carrying this proves to be quite terrible. I always seem to have a backpack on my back, this in my hands, because if you put this strap on your shoulder it is terribly uncomfortable. When you have this in your hand you cannot use the same hand to open doors, hold doors or do much of anything, because it is fixed to the top. The shoulder strap doesn't tighten to the point where you can use it as a handle effectively and the pad on the shoulder strap is not padded, nor grippy in any way so it doesn't want to stay on your shoulder. ... show more

I was surprised at how flimsy the construction felt. Also, I was hoping it wouldn't build up condensation on the outside but does.
