This beats the air mattress we had by a long shot! This one stays inflated no matter how long it is up or who is on the bed. This one fills "coil-like" chambers that run vertically and it makes it more solid to lay on. Inflating was easy and deflating is just as easy. The bag to put in in for storage leaves lots of room so you DON'T have to SHOVE it inside. My grandsons sleep on this regularly when the sleepover and feel like it is a treat. My son-in-law wants to throw out their own expensive Sealy mattress and buy one of these because it is so comfortable! No complaints here. Would buy again! ... show more

Purchased for pretty regular use in a large family, so I needed something that could work for a wide age range of kids (4-20) that are constantly in and out. This is the first pump included air mattress I've ever purchased so I looked at a bunch before I finally settled on this one. Held air for 3 days straight and the reviewer that slept on it says it's pretty comfy and they slept fine. Set up is super quick. 2-3 minutes it's full. Take down is also quick, deflated in about another 2-3 minutes. Folds up perfectly and the bag is actually bigger than what you need (for the twin size anyway) so no fighting to get it in there. *Pay attention to the valves though, that was unexpectedly more intricate than I thought it would be. My favorite surprise was the little cubby for the cord when not in use. Also large enough I didn't have to fight to get the cord in. It is only for a regular outlet though, so if looking at for camping you may want to have a plan for that. ... show more

I purchased this air mattress/bed after reading all of the positive reviews and I'm glad that I did. All the positive points were accurate; inflated quickly, good quality,etc. And, despite the few negative reviews about it not holding air, I can only say that those people must have gotten a defective product because not only did mine hold air for at least a couple of months, I even had to let a little air out at one point. Now...as for the warranty. The 2 year warranty is the primary reason that I'm writing this review so that potential purchasers will know that they are not lying. After close to 3 months, though it had held air that entire time, all of a sudden it began losing air to the point that it became completely deflated within a few hours. Try as I might, I could not find a leak, so...I called them on the phone to let them know. Not only were they gracious, they kept their word about the 2 year warranty and sent me a new mattress! Over the years I've noticed that people will clamor to write a bad review if they are unhappy with a product or service, but if they're happy with the product they won't take the time to write about their positive experience. I'm of the philosophy that if something is good, it's only right and proper to acknowledge that, so I am. Now...allow me to make a suggestion to the company/manufacturers...you need to make a version of this mattress WITH AN INFLATABLE HEADBOARD like some of the other air mattress companies do. Your product not having one is one of only 2 criticisms that I have about your product. The first is that though you do indeed have the fastest built in pump to inflate the mattress, it's also the loudest. Where I live there are other people who have to get up very early to go to work and when my mattress started losing air in the middle of the night I was to afraid to inflate it as I was concerned that the loudness would wake everyone up. My second criticism is the headboard issue. As much as I love your air mattress, I will never buy it again unless you add the inflatable headboard option to some of them. Every night I had to pick my pillows up off the floor because they would fall off the edge despite the fact that I had the head of the bed against the wall. I'm now using an air mattress that does have an inflatable head board as part of the bed and the difference is like night and day. I sleep more soundly and am a lot more comfortable because I'm not waking up a number of times each night to retrieve my pillows. I buy air mattresses on a continual basis and if you guys would make one with the head board option I would buy it repeatedly for the rest of my life. Thank you. ... show more

    • Great Value & Very Comfortable!
This mattress is a great value for the money and works very well for me. I wanted a taller air mattress because I’m older and have painful knees and hips, and this mattress was considerably cheaper than other tall air mattresses. This mattress is actually really comfortable, and I’ve been using it every night for months. I absolutely would have given it five stars, but I did inadvertently and unfortunately experience an issue. The mattress popped when I was turning over, and I realized my elbow had caused a separation of a seam in the flocked surface and inside lining of the top of the mattress, which is the side you sleep on. The patch included with the mattress cannot be used on the flocked side, as it won’t stick to the felt-like surface, and I couldn’t think of any kind of patch or tape that would stick/hold. So, I called the company, and their customer service was excellent! The mattress was still under warranty, and they immediately shipped out a free replacement to me at no cost, which was delivered in two days! They also told me that, if I had any further issues to call them, as they would continue to replace the mattress if it was unrepairable for the duration of the original warranty.
