My husband and I have had the worse experiences with big box stores like Lowe’s and Sears in the past years so when we finally decided we were ready for a new stove, I knew we had to try ordering via Amazon. So glad we did! There wasn’t a whole lot of reviews so it was a slight risk, purchasing this. Hopefully my review will add value to those considering this product. Pros: - Purchasing literally took a minute (minus all the research to determine which product to choose). I recently bought a microwave from Lowe’s (don’t make the same mistake) and it took me almost 1.5 hour, where I had to wait for issue after issue to be resolved, a new sales rep who lamented the whole time about not being trained enough, paperwork and more paperwork, days of waiting for a delivery window to be confirmed...you get the gist. During purchase, I was able to choose a delivery/installation window. On the day of, I got a call from the delivery vendor providing a 30 min heads up. They came in the slot I picked, hauled away my old stove, tested the new stove and we’re out of the house within 10 minutes. This means the total time I’ve had to spend on getting my stove replaced (again, minus the time I spent comparing stoves which for some - not judging - might be optional) was only 11 minutes. You cannot beat that. I am so impressed. - Strong flames. I thought my old stove was pretty good. Wow, this new one really reminded me how much stronger it could have been. My son eats pasta like bees eat nectar and it took only a few minutes (didn’t time, but definitely believe it was under 4 minutes) for a full pot of water to get to a rolling boil. - Heavy grates. This was one aspect I was worried about. It’s hard to tell from the pictures of the grates on the stove were the cheap and light kind or otherwise. These are nice, solid, heavy grates. I’ve had to clean them several times now. No issues. - Good quality knobs. Again, I was worried the knobs might turn out to be what light/“plastic” kind I’ve seen in cheaper stoves. Not the case. Cons - Can’t say I’ve used this stove and oven enough times to have discovered any. Will definitely update if I do encounter any. ... show more

I've had it for a few months now so I think I can provide a review. I love the stove. The ordering, delivery, setup, timing, billing, and promises made along they way were all provided as promised without any hassle or fuss! Cleaning was a concern - because it didn't come with liners and I haven't been able to find any to purchase. But I have discovered that clean up and cleaning is easy and quick. The surface is excellent. Mind you I don't use harsh cleaners or tools on it. Wiping it with warm water and a soft scrub is all it takes. I recommend it. ... show more

    • Solid oven, not all stainless
This oven smells very, very bad when you turn on the oven first time, and on top of that it smells even worse when you turn on the Broil.... right now I have a headache from smell, my kitchen smells so bad I can’t even go in there whole day, and it did not dissipate, and I don’t when will the smell will go away, ughh... Be aware that both size of the oven is BLACK METAL, only the Front Door, knobs area, and digital control area top front, are stainless steel. That’s why I gave 2 stars. The Burner for broil is inside on top of the oven. I was surprised, because my old one was on the bottom. On this oven the bottom door is for storage only.
