Unfortunately after opening the box under all the safety measures of the corners it was damaged. So before placed in box it must have an an accident. But it is a beautiful oven. But we will be sending back for a refund and purchase a new one.

Works well. We like the knob controls as electronic panels fail often. It did arrive with A LOT of shipping scratches and a small corner dent. I was going to return for a replacement but Amazon offered a substantial discount to keep it and mom said she could live with the scratches at the price we needed up paying for it. ... show more

The box was very damaged, and was obviously dropped (probably more than once). It wasn't the UPS guy. I even helped him get it unloaded. After opening the box, sure enough, the front panel corner was badly dented. I might have kept it for a partial refund if the damage wasn't on the front, but with the front control panel loose, too, didn't want to take the chance. ... show more
