Purchased this to replace an old headset that was becoming unreliable. This works REALLY WELL. The battery lasts a very long time, and the call quality is good. The little bit that sticks into the ear is small enough (there are 3 sizes of earbuds) that it doesn't bother me at all. It hangs over the ear, rather than putting weight on the earbud, so it's very comfortable. I’m a trucker so I was looking for something that didn’t have to go around my head and wouldn’t hurt my ear if it was on my ear for a long period of time. The product is great, it’s easy to use, doesn’t hurt your ear, you can use on either ear, you can adjust how it sits on your ear, it seems to reduce noise(noise cancellation feature) however it’s not as good as my blue parrot trucker headset. Those are the PROS. My CONS are sometimes if I’m on a call and someone calls while I’m on a call, if I don’t answer it sometimes hangs up both calls, which can be inconvenient if I’m on an important call. Also, the touch feature isn’t as good as my headset. You have to touch it just right to use the touch feature( which allows you to answer calls or activate Siri) it’s inconvenient for me when I’m driving. My trucker headset has just a one touch feature which makes it easier when you’re driving. Overall I would buy the product again but not for use while driving. ... show more

I purchased it last week, the design is good, and although it looks like bulky but it is light-weight and easy to wear. the battery life and extended battery makes it a good choice. you need charge it once a week if you use both batteries. so forget about charging anxiety!

Wow the earpiece is comfortable enough to wear all day and will never fall off. Noise cancelling really works great and sound quality is awesome. Other reviews say it was difficult to get used to the controls and they were not kidding. Still deciding if I want to keep it because it is so hard to use. There is no button to push on the earpiece for controls. You just tap a solid plastic surface. The problem is the taps don't register if you hair is partially covering the surface. Also there is a 1 second delay after tapping so I tap 2x or 3x thinking it did not register my tapping. I continually advance to the next song when I just wanted to pause. I still don't know how to answer a call when already on the phone. Double taps work fine until you want to answer a call then it does not work 90% of the time. Maybe I need slow taps? Fast taps? Overall I love it for listening to Youtube since it is so comfortable to wear but getting tired of missing phone calls. I also suspect tapping the middle is different from tapping the edge but not sure about this though. Also I don't think the battery lasts as long as they say. They did give me two battery/earpieces (the part behind the ear). The part with the microphone and earbud separate from the part that goes behind the ear. You charge the part that goes behind the ear so I thought I would always have a fully charged battery since they gave me TWO "behind the ear" units. When I woke up this morning my earpiece battery was low after only 1 day (not 30 hours). So I changed to the other "behind the ear" battery unit that was charging all day yesterday. BUT IT WAS DEAD!!!! Unplugged it last night. This is the most comfortable earpiece I ever had but is soooo difficult to use. ... show more

This is an ear piece with intelligence but you have to know how to operate it, because it comes without a manual, its amazing how manufactures invent and make products and you have to do the guess work. But its a good product, very clear and long battery life.

First of all this arrived in 1 day, very well packaged. I had tried 2 other Bluetooth headsets & they just weren't loud enough for me. Although I do have very good hearing- I read the reviews on this Emotal headset & they were almost All positive, so I took a chance. So glad that I did because the volume is Great !!! Doesn't seem to take long to charge which is great ! I can go out to my mailbox without getting cut off, don't know how far that is. Phone calls are clear, haven't had any complaints from my callers- YouTube videos are almost too loud but that's GREAT !!!♡ I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for one with Great volume & easy controls !!! ... show more
