Once installed, it looks great. However installation is unnecessarily difficult. The mounting plate attaches to the electrical box easily but attaching the light fixture to the mounting plate requires much patience. There are 2 set screws that have to be adjusted just right then inserted through fiberglass to two small holes only to find the set screws have to be re-adjusted and start over. Once done with that, the center post to hold the glass globe installation makes no sense. ... show more

    • Let me save you the frustration

Let me save your marriage. Let me save you the frustration. Get some wago connectors. Throw away the two twist nut cap connectors. Throw away the two nuts on the screws. Thread everything together before the install so you know how everything should be (adjust the glass holding rod to get more thread by turning the nut), then undo everything. Set up the mounting plate as pictured. Installed mounting plate with the two long screws sticking out. Twist on both screw caps for stability. The screw will seem too long, but keep twisting after you have both caps on. The long screws will go up into the electrical box. After you leveled the base and screwed on the bulbs, install the glass dome. ... show more

Very challenging installation. The screws were too long and had to be cut to install. The round nuts you put over the screws are really impossible to thread. It seems like they had too much paint in them so it wouldn’t thread. Once it was up, it really is a pretty light, but the installation was unacceptably hard. ... show more

Works well in small spaces … works well if you have a brick wall .. I love it .. modern, not flashy, rustic (but not too much) … a tad difficult to install at specific angles but still worth it .. I’d say get it
