I received the complete product in two different shipments due to logistical difficulties. However, both boxes arrived DAYS before the delivery date provided!!! When I received the first box with only some of the parts, I thought they had made a mistake by not including all of the parts, so I contacted them. Within a couple of hours, the seller replied explaining that the entire item would arrive in two boxes to be delivered in different days. The second box arrived the following day. It was super easy to assemble it, took 5 minutes, literally. And the final product is more than I expected; great looking chair, super comfortable, very wide (I'm 6ft tall), perfect as a work chair/station. Would definitely recommend buying this product and from this seller. And to answer a question that I received of whether the cushion is good, because in every picture people post, it looks wrinkled and baggy... the seat cushion is very nice and firm (not baggy at all). In my opinion, it looks wrinkled and baggy in every picture we post, most likely because all pictures are from the very first day the item arrives, when the cushion is still uncompressing, because it does come compressed in a bag. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. First at the easy assembly, took 20 minutes. Fabric and color are nice. I ordered the color oatmeal. Cushions need a little iron or steaming but comfy. I read some reviews saying it came in two different deliveries but we received both boxes in same shipment. These are BIG and actually super sturdy and firm! I've ordered furniture online many times and it's often hit or miss. The seat cushions come vacuum packed but fluff out big and comfy yet firm. We were super disappointed with this chair. It sits really low and the padding is limited. All of the chairs we were considering had free returns since quality is so hard to determine online, so we thought we double-checked that we would not have to pay to return (especially since we paid $99 to have it delivered); however, we are unable to return it without either using the non-prepaid return label from Amazon which the seller said "you would be responsible for paying the shipping fee at the station, which could exceed $300 for both boxes" or they will send me a return label which will result in a "total deduction from your refund will be $150" (per seller E-road) which is over half of what we paid for the chair.
