    • Handy, easy to grip. Cap may not be secure.
I like the grip, but I'm not certain the cap is secure each time I attach it. I'm concerned I will crack the cap when I push it in to make sure it's secure. The knife works great otherwise.

This knife is nice, it's indexed! It has a raised ridge so you know where to hold it even if you are not looking at it. It works the same as any hobby knife; it's just not as fatiguing and does not hurt your hand after extended use because it's rubber cushioned. This knife was the first time I bought another knife in 15 years. It is the same exact knife I have without the knife holder at the bottom. The only reason I bought this knife was because I had never seen it in stores. I have been sculpting for 30 years and I have never found a knife I liked to use better than this knife. At first I thought it might be too chunky for my small hands, but I very quickly got used to it and I like it better than the cheap slender kind now. The blade holding function is handy when taking it places and I don't find the extra top end weight fatiguing at all. Hard to find and fast shipping wasn't an option but it was worth the wait as it was not available in stores near me. The ridge at the top that prevents rolling is SUPER helpful, my upstairs is so crooked I need about 10 wobble wedges just 15 inches out from the wall and as hard as I try my working surfaces aren't perfectly level. As someone who dropped a box cutter into my foot as a teenager, I appreciate this thing won't be rolling off anytime soon. ... show more

Really high quality and comfortable to hold, if you plan to store this in a pencil bag make sure to reach in to the bag with caution.
